A thank you letter from Sylvia's mom, Margarete

Oh my- I was just in my yard trimming back my coneflower for the season and thought of her Sunday:(

Thanks for posting, Dan. I think about Nick all the time, and I've been wondering how he was doing. Poor baby. I was 32 when I lost my mother, and I had a horrible time. I can't imagine. :( :( :(

Thanks for posting the letter Dan. :(

I often wonder how Sylvia's family is doing, so I thank you for posting this, Dan. Sylvia was a special woman, and it's obvious that she came from a family of incredible people. Again, thank you. :)

Thanks for posting this letter,Dan.I found myself wondering how Nick was doing this weekend.Thoughts still going out to him and Sylvia's family.:(

Darn it, I promised my self I wasn't going to cry today.

{{{hugs}}}} Thank you for sharing that, Dan.

Wow. Thanks so much for posting this Dan.

Now, who had the tissues last? This will teach me to DIS at work.

Such a beautiful letter. What strength she has

I think often of our angel friend Sylvia and the ones she left behind.

Dan, {{{hugs}}}. You are one in a million.

What a hard letter to read.:( It still hurts to know that she is gone as she was such a great gal.
I also planted a Tiger Lily in my garden to commemorate Sylvia and we on the gardening thread all missed her so much and thought that this would be a fitting memorial to her.:)
Thanks Dan for posting this letter.....I'm glad to know that Nick is doing well and that Gramma sees him frequently too.:)

The loss of Sylvia still saddens me beyond words, but it is a small and enduring crumb of comfort to know that she was able to appreciate our love and support right to the end, and that our thoughts, prayers and sympathies have been able to help sustain her family ever since. Hopefully, the DIS memories of Sylvia (and Nick) will never cease.

Big thanks to Margarete for thinking to pass on her appreciation (and to Dan, as ever, for being the bearer of sympathetic tidings).

Thank you, Dan, for sharing this thoughtful note from Sylvia's mother with us all. I also pray that Nick will be alright.

Katholyn

Thank you Dan for sharing that note.

{{{Margarete}}}
{{{{Nick}}}}

Thanks for sharing the letter Dan. :( :( :(
