Oh you poor thing. What a terrible time its been for you. I have only just seen your post. I remember you said at the meet that it was definately over the holiday didnt work. It must be really hard and your being ever so brave. I dont see why your H thinks it's okay to call all the odds. I would be firm and say I want you out by the end of the week. If he doesnt, pack his clothes and throw them outside and change your locks. I know it sounds drastic, but if he really is making you feel stressed, uncomfortable and you having to lose your bed you need to be firm with him. The atmosphere could be upsetting the kids.

It sounds like you have an amazing family and I am pleased they have been able to help.

Fingers crossed and sending you some pixie dust that things sort out quickly and smoothly.

Yep think I got it!

I saw my solicitor today and she is drawing up the draft of my separation agreement, should be ready by Monday next week, another small step We are also just waiting for the contract to come through on my new house, exciting stuff.
