Ok, I feel like a bit of an idiot! Lol. I've been a Disney fan all my life, but I guess I didn't pay as much attention to parks and stuff as I thought.

Until just two nights ago, I had no idea there was a Disneyland in Hong Kong. When did that get there??? I knew about Paris, Tokyo, the Disney Cruises, and of course Disney World, but had no idea about Hong Kong.

I guess it's true you learn something new every day, but I thought being as big of a fan that I am, I would have know all the parks that existed! Apparently not!

The other day I was racking my brain on what to get my mom for Mother's Day. So I decided to take a look at the Disney Store site, and I found a cute little Mickey that I thought she'd love. You can personalize him with a greeting on a tag on his hand, and he comes in a cute box.

I was so worried that it wouldn't make it on time, but it just arrived today. Perfect timing!!! And as I thought she would, she loved him.

So, I'm still trying to see if I can't get my brother and his girlfriend to come along. It would just make some things so much easier. With 4 of us driving, we might not even have to stop over night. We would if we had to, but if we took 4 hour turns, we would have 12 hours until our next turn to drive. And we each would only have to drive twice. Doesn't sound bad at all.

And now that we have the hotels paid for, it doesn't cost us anymore to have them along. It might cost a little more to add 2 more people to the room, but not too much. So we have offered to cover the hotels.

I just talked to him and the only thing that is going to be a problem is that Garrett might not be able to get the time off work. He is going to talk to his boss tomorrow and see if there isn't a way to get it off. Even if it has to be unpaid. Hopefully his boss can clear it!

Hopefully your brother and his wife can get the time off and come with you. I've tried several times to get my sister to come with us, but she just doesn't have the Disney gene. haha

Hey, thank you for joining!

Everything is a little up in the air at the moment until I find out if my brother can come or not. I am hoping he lets me know today, so I can cancel our hotel. I checked prices and they want me to pay an extra $200 to add 2 more people to the reservation, making it just $20 less than staying at the HOJO. So if they are going to come, I am changing!

At the advice of Jazz, I am going to order one of those entertainment cards in hopes that our dates get add to save us more money!

I really hope he can come to. While I don't think my brother has the gene as bad as I do, our last trip was just as magical for him by the sounds of it, as it was for me, and he is looking forward to showing that magic to his girlfriend, who as never been. He will never put it into those words, cause he is a "man" but I know that's how he feels!

EEEEP!!! I got approved for a 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer!!!!! I have been wanting that car for well over a year, and I just didn't have enough credit. So I had to settle for a 2005 Chevrolet Cobalt paying 28% interest. It sucks, but it was all I could do. Now I can get rid of it, and pay 0% financing!!! It's only $15 more a month for a brand new car that has a 10 year warranty. Not bad hey?

Woohoo!!! You can bet what car we will be taking on our trip!!!

How exciting about the car!! That makes the trip even more fun. And the gas mileage should improve too.

I am really looking forward to taking it on our trip! Gas will be a lot better. Air will be a lot better (it's got a sunroof) and one of the most important things to me, music will be a lot better. It's got a great sound system. I am so excited. I don't think I have ever been this excited where I actually feel sick. We will see what happens when we get down to a week left to wait for the trip though!
