I am so sorry. I had a friend (young mom of 3) who went out on her usual morning run, got hit by a car in a freak accident, and died....And another younger mom of 3, who just dropped dead one night while holding her 5 month old baby...still don't know the cause.

So after these things happening so close to me, I am the firmest advocate in taking every advantage of every day.... Making as many wonderful memories with your family while you have it. I feel every day is a blessing, but it is always good to be reminded how life can end anytime for anyone.

I just got a phone call about a friend. Her and I work together at trade shows on the road. We had been sending emails back and forth earlier this week making plans for when we worked together next.

We were part of a show last week in CA and we had a great time taking photos after work. We were talking about life and how you need to enjoy yourself. She talked about her daughter that lived with her ex. She mentioned her mother being very sick and she told her she needed to live.

My friend collapsed after suffering a stroke. She is on a ventilator and they aren't giving her a good chance of survival She had a brain bleed. I am still in shock. I feel so bad for her.

I got the call because her family didn't know the name of the merchandising company that she worked for. I had the phone number. So I will be making sure that everyone has my contact information.

If you could all say a prayer for my friend Debbie I would appreciate it.
