I am just wondering about something. If you call to book your trip and it falls during the free dining period, does the CM automatically apply this for you or tell you about it or do you have to ask for the special?

A CM who's on the ball will ask if you want it. Some don't. None will just "apply" it for you, as it has certain requirements and no one's going to book anything that you have not explicitly OK'd.

Always ask for it to be on the safe side.

depends on the CM you get. Some have told me what promo they have and others have said there were no discounts. I then had to tell them what I saw online and give them the promo code. If you get a difficult CM on the phone, just say thanks, hang up, and call again.
