I want to E-Mail 7 different pages that I type up in one e-mail. I don't want to send 7 different E-mails. I can't figure out how to do this.
Does anyone have any ideas, am I making sense?

I have 7 seperate pages to a bill that I have to send a company, but I want to send them all in one e-mail. Maybe that explains it better.
HELP, PLEASE!

Could you go into more detail Cthia?
I should know this and I don't want to get fired!!!!
Thanks so much for the help

This is what I think you mean...
Go to Word and type up all my pages then attach it to my e-mail?

I don't know what you use for e-mail but on most there is a button for attachments. You would click on the attachment and locate the files on your computer that you want to attach to your e-mail. Does that help?

Are the pages in paper or electronic format?

If it's in paper, you have to use Word and type it in, save it as one file, and attach that.

If it's 7 pages in 7 different electronic files, just attach it to the email.

You should attach it. What e-mail service do you use? There should be an option to 'attach'. Click it and it will ask you what file you want to attach. You will have to 'browse' for it. Look for the word document (is it a word doc? A pdf? Just find the file and hit 'ok'.) There should be signs that your document is now 'attached' then you can send the e-mail as usual.:)

Are there any images in this file? If it's too large to send, you might want to zip it and then attach.

You *could* just copy-paste the text into your e-mail...but you're better off attaching.

I use outlook Express.......

So let me see if I have this right....
I'll type out my 7 pages in word, save it and then attach it in my New E-Mail that I create. Is that correct?

Thanks so much for the detail, you're all the BEST!

Can you copy and paste over into Word? That would save you all the typing, then just send it as an attachment. What program is the original file in?

It's a 7 page Bill that has to be on 7 separate pages that I have to type up on a weekly schedule. So it's not in any program. I'm just trying to find the most time efficient way to do this. So I thought type them in word, save the pages into a document and then attach it to my E-Mail, that I create, in outlook Express.
I've just never done an attachment in an E-Mail before and I'm not sure how to do it.

When you go to send the e-mail, look at the toolbar on Outlook Express, there should be a paper clip icon, click on that and it will open up your harddrive, or my documents. If you don't have the paperclip icon, go to insert, and select file and it should open my documents on your harddrive, select the file, hit insert and there you go it is all inserted for you.

If its the same form every week set up a template in Word. Fill in what you need for each page then e-mail the whole document as an attachment.

If you type it in Word, one page or a hundred, just go to the upper left corner where it says 'file', click on it, go to 'Send to' and pick what you want.

Also, when typing into Word, after finishing your "page" all you do is have to go up to go up to INSERT on the top and click Page Break. This way, the bill will print out on 7 different pages. To make sure you did it correctly, just hit Print Preview before saving. You'll see 7 different pages. Then after saving it. Hit on the Paper Clip in Outlook, and you'll then search your harddrive for the file. Click on it, and it will be e-mailed with your e-mail.

Thanks Everyone, I did it!!
