A question of timing...

We had planned on using the Magical Express during an upcoming trip but I just found out that they want us to leave the hotel for our return flight at 4am for our 8am flight.

I’m all for getting to the airport early but I have a 4 yr old and getting up and out the door that early will be hard on her.

We are thinking about hiring a private car to make things a little easier. If we do, what time should we plan to have them pick us up?

Are you flying domestic or international? Domestic flights get you picked up 3 hrs early, international is 4 hrs. If you decide to use a car service, I wouldn't leave any later than 5:30. It takes at least 30 mins to get to MCO, then you'll need to check your bags, go through security. It may seem like there won't be much going on at that time of day, but there is!!! If you are flying international, I would leave at least 3-3.5 hrs early.
