Hey Everybody,
I know that there are lot of complaints about Disney (I only travel there with my husband, and if I had children, I would imagine that I would have some complaints simply because everything is different). But here is a story of how Disney got it right.
My husband and I were on our honeymoon going to Disney. We flew to Miami and had a 6 hour layover. We asked if there was an earlier flight to Orlando, and there was...but itleft instantly, so we had to run. When we arrived in Orlando we went to the Magical Express to explain that our luggage wouldn't be arriving for 6 or 7 hours (on top of that, we had never received the yellow luggage tags to put on our luggage...so no obvious disney identification).
To our surprise, the CM said "just give us a description of your luggage and we will deliver it to your room." My husband and I figured the probability of her note with our information being lost in the next 7 hours was pretty big, but we have learned not to be sceptical from the beginning. When we got to our room after being at Magic Kingdom all night, our luggage was in our room as promised. We were pleasantly surprised, and the rest of our trip was flawless (we went over July 4th week last year, and compaired to DisneyLand...the parks were not very busy at all...maybe it all depends on perspective though!)
