We fell asleep with visions of fairies, princesses and fairy god mothers in our heads....

well, I did...for Jeremy it was more the life of a Pirate, yarrrrrr
This time when the alarm went off at 7am we both scrambled to hit it off, and when Mickey and Stitch's friendly wake up call came through we promptly gave them the heave ho hang up. There would be no magical morning for us, this time!
Finally around 9:30 I dragged myself into the shower and by the time I got out Jay was ready to begin the day as well.
I dragged myself to the mirror and starred back in horror...uh oh, I had the hang over face. Something about filling a coke bottle with rum was creeping back into my memory. I had the look...you girls all know the look. The one where you look about ten years older then you actually are, where your eyes can only squint open, and your skin is all dryed out. I immediately got to work, I had some major makeup and hair straightening to do.
Good thing when I got outside it was raining and the most humid day I've ever experienced in all of my life.
As you can see, this was going to be a VERY good hair day
We made our way over to the bus stop and were headed over to EPCOT since we really hadn't accomplished anything other than getting a Margarita at the park.
When we finally got to EPCOT we invested in some breakfast, more muffins and croissants, yummm, and made our way over to Test Track. What a great ride! We both adore it and could have easily rode it throughout the entire day but instead we decided to go on Ellen's Universe of Energy.
BIG MISTAKE! I've never been more bored at Disney in my life. Never, never again. Tres terrible!!!! And 45 minutes long! Ugh!!!
We decided after embarking on such a long and utterly mind erasing journey (this attraction was paid for by Exxon and they promote the use of oil as the main energy resource throughout the length of the attraction) to go have some fun so we headed over to Figment. I find this ride so charming...it really is just fun and cute and I hope they never do away with it.
We had a ADR at Garden Grill so we made our way over to the land. We love this restaurant and were looking foward to our lunch! We still had some time though so we grabbed FP's for Soarin, and went to see the Circle of Life video.
I lovvvvve this video. I think it's so insightful. I also find it amusing that about 95% of the footage with pollution is taken about 10 minutes from our lovely home in NJ. We both recognize almost every place and can yell things like, "Elizabeth", "Jersey City", "Rahway" (various cities)...it's a bit scary but living so close to areas like these make this such an important video for me and Jeremy to catch every time to remind us the importance of the environment.
It was time for lunch so we made our way over and I ordered a rasberry daiquiri (yumm) that didn't make it to our table for about 20 minutes. We had a fun time with the characters as they always really get into it. Jeremy told chip he could have his green beans and chip fed them to Jeremy. I have it on video but can't figure out how to put it on the site, so you'll just have to take my word that it was very amusing.
After reprimanding my hubby he decided he was in fact a better candidate for me for marriage...sorry honey.
The food as always was outstanding. The bread with the sweet butter was to die for. I never eat carbohydrates at home and I was absolutey relishing this moment. The bread, the butter.....I must have had a dreamy look in my eye because Jeremy poked me..."you okay" Yes...yes, I was
The main course was delicious as well. I LOVE the fish and the steak with the mushroom sauce is also great. Oh to be eating there now (as I angrily bite into a carrot stick).
And the best part, my little piece of heaven. I have now found my new religion. I have named it, breadpuddinganea. I vow to woship you, bread pudding, each day and each night from now till the hour of my death.
Can you tell I've been dieting for the wedding?
Anywhoo. After lunch we were sufficientely stuffed and just couldn't imagine doing world showcase. We decided to go over to the Magic Kingdom for some fun.
When we arrived a nice couple came over to us and asked if it was just the two of us. We said yes and the kind couple gave us a pair of dream fastpasses they had won. They explained they weren't really roller coaster people and that they wanted to pass on the magic. Score!!!
While they had done some of the rides on the pass already we still had plenty to do for ourselves.
We knew we could now take our time through the park, take things at a leisure pace. There would be no line waiting for us...uh uh, we were part of the dream takers
As we made our way up to the castle The Dream Along with Mickey show was starting. Jeremy looked at me
Jay: Come on Kate, this is a stupid show! Absolutely not
Me: :::bites bottom lip while making eyes super big and pouting:::: plllllllllleasssssssse
5 seconds later
The show actually ended up being really cute. The last time we were at Disney we only stayed for the first two or three minutes but this time we watched the duration and it was actually pretty neat. We didn't realize there were other characters in the show aside from the main bunch so we were pleasently suprised to see Peter Pan and the gang, and even Maleficient.
We rode Thunder and Space Mountain but were really too tired to stay at the parks any longer so decided to go back to the hotel for a bit of rest. It was a dreary day and was causing the need for sleep to escalate.
When we made it back to the resort we perused the gift shop for a little.
Captain Jeremy at your service
Finally we collapsed in the room and watched tv. There was this really interesting movie on Lifetime (men hold all snickers) that we really both enjoyed. Okay, that I really enjoyed.
