Well August 1 does not really make me feel like I'm much closer to our DW holiday but it does have me remembering that it was exactly a year ago today that we landed in Vietnam at the start of our fantastic holiday there

Funny you mention this. First thing I said when we woke up this morning was "It's August, We go to the US NEXT MONTH, woo hoo"

So exciting isn't it! It makes it seem so much closer going next month

Travel Mum another thing, in three months time, many of us will have been away and our trips and excitement and planning will be over and your's will still be going on, you will still have all of this fun planning time ahead of you and a wonderful exciting trip to come and we will all be jealous of you

Thank god August is here but please bring on September.

This time in 6 weeks we will be reclining in our seats sipping a nice cold glass of sparkly for DW, a soft drink for 2 DD and a nice cold beer for me whilst I start skimming through the movies on the in-flight entertainment system. The excitement of landing and hitting all things disney whilst we are in the US continuing to grow to the point of exploding.

Yay for all of us!!! the anticipation is so exciting but I have to say this time it's driving me crazy. I think because the kids don't know. I just want September here now. Was so excited to get on the V website this morning and see what new movies are coming next month!!!!

What's everyone doing as far as preparations etc. I have been buying everyone new underwear and the kids a few clothes and things. Do you all buy new things to take?????
