A night DS won't forget

My DS (12) is a huge Red Sox fan...he has been to many games but has never sat in THE FRONT ROW!
DH snagged these tickets thru work and let me tell you...a seat at the ballpark doesnt get any better than this.

This is DS and his friend just beaming! That is the bat boy behind them. they were less than 10 feet away from the on deck batters...when they yelled "GO NOMAR!", Nomar heard it.

They got autographs, foul balls and balls the players used to play catch.

We watched the wrap up today on TV and everytime there was a lefty at bat...there was DS and friend in camara range with huge smiles on their faces.

This will be something those boys will remember always.

The night they sat front row at Fenway.

The night they were less than 10 feet from Nomar, Manny, Jason Varitek and the others.

The night there were back to back Red Sox home runs.

The night they could cheer on their favorite players and they were heard.

We have season VIP seats a few rows back behind home plate at the Metrodome, but it is NOTHING like a REAL ball park! We still feel kind of seperate from the action.

My concert was better

I went and saw Bon Jovi, Goo Goo Dolls, and Sheryl Crow at Gillette Stadium.

I got to see the stadium before my brother the sports brat got to

I saw the 2001 New England Patriots WORLD CHAMPIONS banner.

I stood in the pouring rain and thunderstorm singing along with my 2 best friends to Sheryl Crow's "If It Makes You Happy."

It was a great thing to do with my best friends before we all leave for school.
