This past Sunday.....July 24th......featured a culinary experience to behold for Mister Disney, a.k.a. Bob and his partner Kevin and their friends Jim and Jon from CT.

We woke up later than usual on Sunday due to an "evening" at the Adventurer's Club at PI the night before ( a MUST try!). Having no time for breakfast because of our full schedule, we embarked on our trip to MGM / Disney Studios at approximately 11am.

We arrived to very little fan fare and proceeded up the main drag. Jim and Jon decided that they needed a sweet beginning to their day, while Mister Disney and Kevin decided to explore the fast pass lanes at Disney's Rock 'n' Roller Coaster® Starring Aerosmith. We found the "stand by lane" to be very short, so we decided to give it a ride immediately! After embarking on our wait and "limo" ride for about a 1/2 hour, Mister Disney and Kevin were both famished! They placed a call to Jim & Jon who were still in the midst of their "sweet" adventure, so Bob and Kevin decided to explore a savory culinary exploration at…..

Bob & Kevin explored the culinary delights offered that day and decided that we would both enjoy the l'enfant que s'a calibré les pépites de poulet et français frit. Otherwise known as a Child Sized Chicken Nuggets and French Fries! They were fabulous!

Our poulet was prepared traditional style on a specially designed disposable serving platter. The meat was mechanically pulled and ground into a paste that was mixed with just the right amount of spices before being formed and dipped in a lucious breading and then deep fried. They were served with a wonderfully spicey Chatsworth's BBQ sauce in a cyrogenitically sealed container. The français frit a.k.a. french fries were served golden brown with an incredible dipping sauce of minced and pureed tomatoes and spice, better known as ketchup!

To round out our culinary delight we ended our meal with a perfect sized portion of red seedless grapes. They were incredibly cool and burst their juices in our mouths upon breaking their outer seal of skin!
 

if a picture is worth a million words....this should encourage ALL to try out little known adevntures in dining as Mister Disney does! ENJOY!!!!!

Is this a signature restaurant on the dining plan? I really feel the need to make an ADR there for my December trip after your appetizing descriptions.I may need to cancel Narcoose's so I can go there. :rotfl:

This TRUELY UNIQUE dining experience only requires ONE....yes only ONE CHILD meal credit, where Narcoose's has a requirement of TWO Adult dining credits.

I can not for the life of me understand why anyone would not choose Rosie Tout Magasin de Café over Narcoose's!

Y'all are way too cute. :) I'm so sad for the folks at V & A's, they must be bereft to know you've found a new love.

Mr. Disney, I have to say that your posts are such a delight to read. If you guys ever come to Alabama, I am taking you two out to dinner! You remind me so much of a friend of mine here. You are such a HOOT!

OMG. Adding to the descriptive words I used for you earlier....charming, entertaining,...and HYSTERICAL!!! You are an AWESOME part of this board. And I echo Poohpcgirl, if you are ever near Kansas City, a city famous for BBQ and Beef steaks, you must let me know. Together, my DH and I are a BBQ team that cannot be beaten! But if you wanna go out for a steak in a real restaurant, I'll take you to a great one. Thanks for the fun and laughs!
