After struggling with WW and talking extensively with my doctor's they have come to the conclusion that WW might not be the right diet for my body. So now they are suggesting I try the South Beach Diet and I'm wondering what the differences are and is it do-able? I know WW was very doable for me and I was comfortable with it. Any tips would be appreciated.
And after the first 2 weeks, you can start adding some fruit and whole wheat items...bread, fruit.
