I am now up to 24 tablets every night to keep my heart, muscles and brain in check. Lots of colours and shapes - huzzah! Pity half taste disgusting And no, none are vitamins or pain killers.

Oh dear, that is a lot! I have trouble swallowing pills, as they tend to get stuck in my throat. That would be agony for me. Do you have to take them all at once or can they be spread through the day? It must be daunting to see the pile of pills sitting there waiting for you.

I take several pills a.m./p.m.,
but not like your situation.
Do you/can you take w/applesauce?
I find it really helps me.

p.s. - size makes a difference

I put 1 to 7 pill(s) in mouth
Fill mouth with fluid, do not swallow yet
Tilt head back and swallow

like a sword swallower, straight shot down is better
