Here's a link to some pictures from The Great Pin Adventure meet. These are from video taken by my husband, and I wish you all could see the video of the Happy Pin Dance, but this will have to do!

Okay, here's the game -- we're not very good at making up captions, so we'd like for all of you to look at the pictures and make suggestions for captions. Just post them on this thread. Let's see what we can come up with!

Those pics are GREAT! I recognized a LOT of the DIS members in them (guess I've been to a few meets now)

I have to ask too--what on earth is in everyone's mouth? Some look like it is something sour, and others seem to be enjoying it. What is it?

For those who have asked what everyone is eating in the pics -- here is a description of the "pole licking" contest from the Pin Adventure site that will help clear it up -- maybe.

"Festivus Pole Licking - We all remember the tragic sight of ParkHopper stuck to the pole during an Arizona Jeff adventure. Well, now is your chance to experience it. Contestants will line up and lick a cool tasting candy Festivus pole. The first to lick their way completely through the Festivus pole wins. Remember, no biting. "
