From what I see on mousesavers, the AKL discount for January is only 20% now. This is what mousesavers is showing:

Thanks so much for the info. I will stay with my 25% off!! hmm I noticed that GF is not excluded from these new winter discounts. Hmm what to do what to do. I can't change my ressies b/c we are doing the Sunrise Safari at AK since we are staying CL. I know my hubby would not go for a split stay. Oh well I guess I will just have to hope that they continue to offer great deals and we can stay there next time.

Can I ask how you went about it and what code?

I have these two codes XV9 or FS7 - is it as simple as "saying hey I have an existing reservation and I want to apply a public code?"

well I just called and within 2 minutes had $213 knocked off - just said I have an existing reservation and want to apply a newly released public code - gave them both "XV9 and FS7" - the agent crunched them both and both were the same. Beats a sharp poke in the eye!

the good thing about the codes is that they work even when free dining is blacked-out as in our case - last week of March..

I was able to book online, with the discount, for days that I think are supposed to be blacked out (2/26-3/5)!? I booked Poly, but the discount was only 25%. Not sure why it's not the 35%, but I'll take it!

just a quick bump on this thread - I just called and added the kids play free promo - on top of the 20% off FS7 code that was used last month - knocked off another almost $400 - so what started out as a $3,100 trip is down to $2,400 .. beats a poke in the eye!
