I am leaving in 13 days with DS3. It looks like it is just going to be the 2 of us.

I hear you about the XH's. My XH1 is about $6,000 behind on child support. XH2 isn't paying because he's in jail.

How exciting for you both!!! I am very much looking forward to this time together, but also getting a bit nervous as DS is having some issues since he isn't in school anymore and the board of ed. is very disinterested in helping us. But a bad day in Disney is better than any good day at home! We'll just go with the flow and alter our plans as needed....that's one thing you learn to do well when you have an ASD child.

Sorry to hear you're in a similar situation. I'd like to know who raised these "men"! Don't you sometimes wonder how you ever even got involved with them in the first place? The only thing I ever got from him is my child...unless you want to count stress and aggravation.

The 14th I am SO excited for this. I have this unholy obsession with T-Rex arms. I think they're SO hilarious. This monstrous beast with these lame tiny arms. I think one of the funniest parts in Toy Story 2 is when they're hanging from the rope and Rex is trying to hold on and his little arms can't hold up his body. I die every time I see it!!!

Our flight leaves around 5pm on the 14th. If there is not a soft opening beforehand believe me we will be at DTD bright and early to make sure we get to eat at T-Rex! My son will Freak out when he sees it. I'm not telling him there is a chance it will be open though just in case it isnt.

15 days! Holy cow! Okay so since the last time I updated I finally got some child support! At first I was going to be careless and upgrade to Poly and spend it all. Then the responsible part of my brain kicked in and I decided to take a few hundred for extra spending money just in case (I don't like to part from my $$ once it's in my hand ) and save the rest for another trip. I'm thinking of maybe going for our birthdays since DS and I are only 3 days apart. We'll have to look into that.

Anyway this morning I ordered a bunch of crap we need. I ordered his new stroller, his costume, Earplanes, Benadryl, Tylenol, my ibuprofen and I think that's it. I still need more melatonin, headphones for Daniel, and if I can afford it a new pair for myself. My $200 Shures went bust last week. Only one ear works.

I also need some help. I rearranged things again and have us eating at Sci-Fi our first night. But I don't think I want to do that. Now I just don't know what the heck to do! Maybe a late lunch at LTT? What do you guys think? HELP ME!!!

I'm almost down to single digits. I'm definitely going into panic mode. Oh, and no one wants to drive us to the airport!!!!

Okay, so I was obsessing again- because it's all I do- when I had a new fear. MNSSHP! What if we don't get to see it all. I know it's until midnight, but DS isn't likely to make it that long and then survive all the way back to WL AND up to our room. So I got to thinking and I had an idea . Mayhaps I will get tickets to ANOTHER night and we can have TWO parties!

If we go to another party we can either do it our first night, which may be pushing it, or we can do it on our 3rd night. Decisions, decisions! I think I'll call and see which night has better ADR openings.

Holy crap! 12 days....

The stroller came yesterday. I LOVE IT! The rain cover that came with it is awesome. Our stuff came from drugstore.com. I'm waiting on my clothes from Old Navy which apparently they aren't sending 2 things because they no longer have them in stock. Just my luck.

I decided to nix the second party. I went with UG's best park for the day and chose Epcot. We have dinner at Tutto Italia. Being Italian I LOVE me some good authentic Italian food. And seeing Illuminations is one of my favorite things to do in Disney. It makes me cry every time. Lame- I know. I just can't help it.

Plans have changed again...a lot lol. I'll post them later. This is almost the final draft, I promise. Tonight I have lots of packing and cleaning to do. Then I can assess what I have and what I need. I'm off tomorrow and Friday. I put in for next Wednesday also. If I get that day off I'll get my mani/pedi/wax done and finish last minute shopping. Jeez it feels so surreal! I started planning in February before our birthdays and it's almost here!

I was so happy when I saw the payments. I didn't even believe it! I thought they were showing me what it SHOULD look like.

That's right folks. We are down to the single digits now. Holy crap! PANIC PANIC!!! lol

Yesterday I took the plunge and upgraded to deluxe dining. That's right, ME! The anti-DxDDP. I figured I wanted to eat on this trip! Since all previous trips have been with family members on a shoe string budget which hindered my eating around the World I decided this time I was going to make up for the past 24 years. Hey I lost 86 lbs. I'm entitled!

Anyway I know I keep saying that I will update my plans and then I never do but I mean it this time. After work I will post all our ADRs. Maybe I should pack a little too instead of procrastinating so much.

Okay so on the first 3 nights we are paying OOP for all meals. Nights 4-9 are on DxDDP. This means that on the 16th, which is our transfer day, we have to drag our sorry butts out of bed at 6, hop in a cab to WL to check in and get our package, THEN head to MK for AM EMH! Yes, I DO like to complicate my life.

Okay so here we go:

NOTHING! lol I'm thinking Mexican CS for lunch. I LOVEEE me some Mexican food and plan to use the first few days to enjoy the CS places I love. I also want to try Pop food court for dinner. I'm planning for this to be an early night since we have to be up at 4:30 to make our flight.

I'm hoping to get to DHS in the morning/early afternoon. Then we have CRT for dinner. I somehow forgot I had this? Quite silly I know.

Crystal Palace for breakfast before the park opens.
Le Cellier for lunch.
I have AK on my spreadsheet for the evening but we'll see how it goes. I'm not crazy about the park really. I could do the whole thing in 1/2 a day.

Now starts the feast!

Okay, so how does it sound? Lots of eating! lol My mom doesn't understand why I always talk about food when I talk about my trip. I guess she doesn't understand that food is the epicenter of any GOOD Disney trip. What a silly lady!

My friend still is undecided about his plans to be with us so I only have him booked at Les Chefs de France and The Wave. If anything I'll add him at the podium, or at least try to.
