A mom, a son, and a mission...We conquered Disney!

Eep! Only one week to go! DS is super excited now. He is now going to be going as Peter Pan instead of a Power Ranger. I win! lol I'm still moving around ADRs and trying to get in some other places. If all goes according to plan we will be making our next trip in May! I'm willing to stay the entire trip at Pop if we get to eat a ton of good food. Even trade off right? ;)

Okay so on the first 3 nights we are paying OOP for all meals. Nights 4-9 are on DxDDP. This means that on the 16th, which is our transfer day, we have to drag our sorry butts out of bed at 6, hop in a cab to WL to check in and get our package, THEN head to MK for AM EMH! Yes, I DO like to complicate my life. :rotfl:

Okay so here we go:

10/13

NOTHING! lol I'm thinking Mexican CS for lunch. I LOVEEE me some Mexican food and plan to use the first few days to enjoy the CS places I love. I also want to try Pop food court for dinner. I'm planning for this to be an early night since we have to be up at 4:30 to make our flight. :scared1:

10/14

I'm hoping to get to DHS in the morning/early afternoon. Then we have CRT for dinner. I somehow forgot I had this? :confused3 Quite silly I know.
10/15

Crystal Palace for breakfast before the park opens.
Le Cellier for lunch.
I have AK on my spreadsheet for the evening but we'll see how it goes. I'm not crazy about the park really. I could do the whole thing in 1/2 a day.

Now starts the feast!

10/16

Lunch at Crystal Palace
Dinner at Tutto Italia

10/17

Lunch at Coral Reef
Dinner at Les Chefs de France

10/18

Lunch at Prime Time
Dinner at The Wave

10/19

Breakfast at 'Ohana
Dinner at Sci Fi

10/20

Breakfast at Boma
Dinner at Garden Grill

10/21

Breakfast at Kona Cafe
Dinner at LTT

10/22

Breakfast at WCC

Okay, so how does it sound? Lots of eating! lol My mom doesn't understand why I always talk about food when I talk about my trip. I guess she doesn't understand that food is the epicenter of any GOOD Disney trip. What a silly lady!

My friend still is undecided about his plans to be with us so I only have him booked at Les Chefs de France and The Wave. If anything I'll add him at the podium, or at least try to.

Man o Man I gave it to you, how could you forget! What time is your Le Celier? We are going there that day as well!

:lmao: I know! How terrible of me! We have Le Cellier at 2:05. I was trying to get something a bit later but no go so here we are stuck with 2:05.

So remember a few weeks ago when I was all over zealous about packing? Well, now I have NO desire to pack at all! However, a bunch of stuff that I ordered came today and I have no room for boxes in my house so I was FORCED to put my butt in gear and do some packing. DS is completely packed aside from jeans, sweatshirt, and sleepy juice. I still need to pack some more tops and socks for myself as well as another pair of shoes.

And on that note....in FIVE more days at this very time I will be in an as of yet undetermined destination doing something that is also as of yet undetermined. What happened to my OCD planning? :confused3 :rotfl:

Thanks, my family says it fits me. I have our trip for 2011 already planned down to what days we are going to what parks and where we are eating.

Okay you get an award!!!! I need to see park calendars with EMH hours and all before I can commit to anything that serious!

I even have a PTR started with all my plans lol, our August trip was not that fun for me, spent the first day at Urgent Care with my daughter, so my DH said I could plan another one-why not do it for my 40th Birthday, My 10th Anniversary and my DBIL's 40th birthday-we are making one big celebration out of this trip

So today was my last day of work. I'm getting excited, but not as much as I thought I would. It still feels SO surreal to me that on Monday morning I will be IN Disney. And I also don't want to think about everything I still have to do.

I had to take DS to the dentist yesterday. He needs a root canal, but for now she gave him an antibiotic to keep it from getting infected so he won't be in pain or anything on the trip. I have Tylenol AND Motrin packed for him. Mostly everything of his is packed except a pair of jeans and his Disney sweatshirt his godmother bought him in May when she went. Tomorrow I MUST do laundry :laundy: and finish packing because Sunday I somehow said I would work at a show (this isn't my full time job, just some side stuff I do for record labels/bands) and now I can't get out of it. And all my friends are going so they get to see me before I leave. I didn't realize I had to be up at 4 am when I committed myself to this.Hopefully they'll let me leave after the bands I want to see play. I don't like the headlining band. ;)

Yeah, I'm definitely going to be in panic mode tomorrow and Sunday!

Is it weird that I'm not that excited? I was last night because, well, knowing I don't have to be in that place for 2 weeks is enough to make anyone do a jig. :confused3 It just doesn't even feel real to me. Maybe tomorrow night I'll start to get excited. I hope so...well maybe not! I SHOULD get some sleep since I have to leave the house at 5 am to get to the airport for 5:30 to make my 7:30 flight. KILLER!!! I even canceled out on working the show. I finished doing laundry today, still working on packing. :rolleyes1

Also, does anyone have ANY suggestions to what we should do our first day? MK and DHS and marked to stay away from. All I can come up with is lunch at Pop. After that I got nothin'!

We will be arriving at pop the same day about an hour later...Our plan is to hit DTD for awhile then Ohana for dinner and immediately head to DHS for fantasmic only! I know this is risky because of time but hey its worth it IMO. I sooo agree our trip hasnt hit me either Im sure it will once we start packing tomorrow night. So are you decorating your window at all?

I was thinking DTD too. Then maybe DHS for a bit but calling it a night early since we are getting up SO freakin early! And I think we might skip DTD in the morning Tuesday so we can take it easy for a bit. Maybe hang around the resort for a while, let DS play in the arcade and at the playground before we head to MK for dinner and Wishes. Who the heck knows! Right now I'm in full anxiety mode. I'm getting stressed about making it through the airport. :rotfl: Stupid anxiety disorder. I guess it means I'm getting excited?

That's what I've been thinking but I don't know how DS will feel about it. For me dinner from the Cantina is :lovestruc but Epcot isn't very magical for a 4 yr old. :rotfl:
What 4 year old wouldn't like to build a robot ? Epcot has Kid Stations all over for kids to do activites, Theres the Seas and Crush is awesome for kids !!Their are more character greetings there than I saw anywhere else ! I agree it's not MK for a 4 year old but I think he'd love it !!
