Woohoo! 11 more days. So when will you start your " it's almost vacation time packing"? I should really set up a vacation packing daily task.
Monday - documents
Tuesday - odds and ends
Wednesday - swim,etc.

I did accomplish one task today: dd and I bought our tiaras.

We are so excited. Baileigh is looking forward to fun with a few new girlfriends!

We want them to have fun in the kids club.. so we can chill by the pool or at Palo!
I have bought all my little things to make our cabin comfortable..thanks to the packing list on here..
and just can't wait.
I am delighted at our room assignment.

I just have to stop the paper and pack.

I fear i'll never see my girls as they be at camps (other is 10...).

I'm excited to discover the Disney ship - we head off on the Carnival Magic after this cruise.

2.5 weeks of my family on a ship awesome!!!!

10 Days - I thought I was so prepared but now semi-panic is setting in. So much to do, but getting so excited. Can't wait to meet everyone and very anxious for DGD to make new friends. My first grandmother cruise, I hope it is as wonderful as I think that its going to be. I have to stop overplanning. I am so anxious for the girls to have a good time I'm afraid I will push them from one activity to another and they will never have the opportunity to really enjoy anything. Ok girls that was your 7.5 minutes in the pool, now we have to do-si-do with Snow White, then change into princess dresses because pictures with the princesses are in the atrium. You all get the idea. Thanks for letting me share a small bit of my insecurities with you all. See You Real Soon!

Anyone have any idea how long it will take me to get to Houston on Friday during rush hour. I have to pick my parents up at the airport at 10, will 5 be ok (an extra hour) Also where/when are we meeting again.

5pm? You're driving from Dallas to Houston? Right? If so 5 hours should be fine, as long as you don't have little kids, I always add an extra hour for them

it was things like. Small hair dryer
Extension cord- outlet strip.
Hanging shoe bag
Small umbrellas,
Beach bag - : = laundry bag.
2 lg beach Towels for non Disney excursions
I think I might have a lot of luggage!

We are getting so excited. My hubby even wrote a poem for our daughter about our first day on the cruise! Too cute.

I would be interested in hearing what excursions people are doing..
It was hard to decide but after lots of research, especially on TripAdvisor, we are doing Moby Dick tour to snorkel and Sting Ray city in Grand Cayman.. ( gotta be in the water in this part of the world!)
and then Nohoch Kay-Beach Break in Costa Maya ( which sounds like heaven to me)
and then the Disney Fury Snorkel outing..

What am i going to look forward to after this cruise?
..an anniversary cruise??

The older boy and I are going on a submarine ride in Grand Cayman. In Cozumel, I have a date with my wife to tour Mayan ruins...the adult tour. No kids!!!!!!

Sounds like as good as any place for visiting.. up on deck 9 it could be a zoo.
We might be late if we are trying to swim for alittle bit and do lunch.

I saw it is on the Studio Sea is on the 4th deck.. midship- like right in the middle of the 4th deck.. Can I suggest we do name tags? ..
Looking forward to it.
