I made the final payment on our cruises today. Now just counting down the days until we can sign up for boarding, Palo and shore excursions.

Hi everyone. We wil be cruising with you all for my daughters 6th bday and mine and my husbands 10 yr wedding anniversary. It's our first cruise ever and we're pretty excited. Can't wait to board!!! Any must know suggestions for a first time cruiser?

Welcome ,this will be our families first cruise also.We can't wait!

Ginny and Holly I am so excited I can hardly stand it. I keep thinking not much longer now. My son-in-law who is a navy seal has been deployed for the last 6 months, he just got home and he is taking his girls on a cruise for 5 days. I know they will love it, even if it is not Disney. Every time I see a commercial or an ad for the ship I just get so excited. I've started to make packing lists and have been looking at excursions. I know I should be working but had to come lurk on the boards for a while. Hope everyone is doing well and I am anxious to meet everyone.

i spend hours looking at things to do on this cruise and just can't wait! we are going on another cruise right after this one on Carnival Magic. we did that cruise in November and it was great! first disney one tho...very thrilled!

I think I finally figured out what I am making for my FE gifts ordered all my supplies now I just have to wait for it to get here and then I can start making all my goodies. I am getting excited about our cruise.

Time is going so slow,hurry up October!I wonder just how full our cruise will be ? I am hoping the kids clubs will have tons of kids for my girls to hang out with and make new friends.Hope all of you are doing well,can't wait to see all of you.

I've been told by my travel agent the cruise is sold out! It appears we even have a large amount of kids attending! i know my kids are super excited!!!

Wow, I can't believe our cruise is sold out! We have decided we are heading down to Galveston a night early. I want to be on the ship as early as possible. I am going to let the girls go swimming so they can get to the pool before it is too crowded. Will grab something to eat at topsiders and enjoy the sun for a few hours before we sail away. I am so excited. Very jealous that you are starting FE gifts. I would do FE but I am so un-crafty. If anyone has little ones that would like a few FE trinkets I would be happy to comply. I have things like Disney Pirate tattoos and princess tattoos and little Disney pencils and stuff like that. I am making signs for our doors and a few door decorations but that is the extent. Well should get back to work

we too are going down the night before. booked a room at Harbour house liek we did in November and it's by far the COOLEST thing ever to watch the ship come in the early am to port...our kids will DIE with excitement!!! we too are early to board on Carnival ships...does disney allow early embarkin? if so , roughy what time?

At other ports Disney has boarding times and you get a boarding number within your time (I think this is right) You sign up for your boarding time on line approximately 105 days before travel, if your cruise is paid. I'm not sure how they are going to do things out of Galveston. I have tried to get someone on the 9/22 cruise out of Galveston to let me know all the ins and outs of the cruise. Hope you are doing well

You should really think about joining our FE exchanger you dont have to be craftey ( I'm not) you could just do little trinkets and whatever. Just let me know if you want too.

Wow,I can't believe our cruise is sold out.We should have tons of kids on there then.That's exciting.We are coming in a night early too,we are staying at the Hilton.Planning on going to the Rainforest Cafe for dinner the night we arrive.I think it's next door to our hotel.Kids are excited ,the only time we have eaten at RFC is at Disney World!
Cheryl you should join the FE for sure.My parents aren't making craft type goodies either.I know the kids and I will be excited to get anything in our Fe's.
We are already thinking about another Disney cruise.We are planning a Disney World trip for free dining next August/September.I am thinking we can book a 3 night cruise on the Dream while we are on board in Oct. That way we can cruise for a few days them head to Disney World.Guess we'll see how well we like this one first.

sure hope the "disney" magic can dock without a problem at grand cayman. i noticed today the "carnival" magic isn't able to dock again due to high winds. I missed this port last November on the Carnival Magic and was so sad heard its an issue of ship size too since smaller ships can move to the other side of the island. i'm book again for next summer to return to GC so eventually i will get to swim with the stingrays!

Thanks for the encouragement to join the FE group. I am going to join. Patti, my granddaughters are in room 5501. They are Hallie - 6 and Sophie will turn 4 on October 7, the second day of our cruise. Looking forward to this. Again, thanks everyone not minding my non craftiness.
