Hello everyone. We just got off the Magic and booked this cruise! We're hoping to stay on this pending DS's school schedule. Woohoo!!! This will be our 4th Disney cruise. Looking forward to it, although we will miss bookending the trip with WDW this time.

Welcome aboard Holly. Our Granddaughter is also three, so they should have fun. To all first timers the best tip piece of advice I can give is bring money to book your next disney cruise while on board. Actually there are always great secret tips and hints on the main cruise line forum and you will find out so many amazing things. Take the time to read them the whole way through and you will be glad you did.

AND now that my 16yr old step daughter is joining us we moved from interior to deluxe family room with a balcony!! twice the price but since my stepdaughter now is "legally' our...what better way to celebrate our family growth!!!

We are going on this cruise as well!!!! It will be me (26) DH (34) DD (19 mths) and DGrandma and Grandma's husband(over 50 thats all I will say lol). Is anyone else crusing with a toddler? I would love to meet up with a family that has a child around my daughters age. Also is anyone going to use the on board daycare? We are bringing Grandma along to help but we may still need the daycare if all the adults want to go do something together. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!!!

Welcome aboard princess sophia's mom. We are taking our granddaughters who will be 6 and 4 to some type of dolphin encounter. Other than that I think I will not do any shore excursions and stay on the ship and let them swim.

Welcome to our growing group!!I am sure there will be other little ones for your daughter to make friends with.My 50 something parents are coming along too,lol.This should be a great cruise.

I don't think it's to early, I'm already packing in my head. Lol. I just learned about FE on another board and definitely want to be a part of it. I'm really jealous of some of the FE, I have no sewing abilities.

Fish Extender

Ok everyone I am going to give this a try it will be my first time so bear with me. I will need the:
Names, first and last of all people in the cabin
Ages of children
Gender of children
Cabin number
Email address so I can email updated list as needed.maybe this should be PM to me

it will be up to each family to decide if they want to do a gift per person or per cabin and only one gift or more it's your decision.

Be sure to include any birthdays or anniversaires and if there are any food allergies.

cut off date to sign up will be September 1 2012 this will give people 5 weeks to do something for the people who sign up late.

If I am missing anything please let me know. I only get on my computer a couple times a week as I am working long hours to pay for my next two cruises

Where did you find information on FE's? I wanted to read some of it before committing. I will pm you our information.

I just did a search on FEs and thats how I found out some info. From what I found out it's pretty much set up how ever people want it to be. gifts per person or gifts per cabin it's up to each person and if they want to do just one gift or perhaps more. I figured I give it a try it sounded like fn and that the kids big and little might enjoy coming back to their cabin and finding little gifts and things.

Hey sorry i'm back now! what a crazy few months for me.

Quick low down -
went on Carnival Magic cruise end of November
we were 5hrs late docking at Jamaica - still had fun at beach
we missed grand cayman completely so sad too windy
we had a great time in Cozumel snorkling, sail and beach time
but that night i woke in horrible pain and couldn't move.
b4 we left i was suffering numbness in both hands and arms. doctors put me on pills and had me booked for MRI 31st of Dec
came home from trip - went to doctors - she put me on short term leave from work and here i am still off
went to MRI on 31st found out i have a hernia slipped disc in my neck that is pushing on my spinal cord and not allowing fluid to pass
so i'm going for surgery march 2 for a fake disc to be installed with titanium plates and screws

sad but true but i am so going on this trip - just maybe skip ziplining

so questions!! what's FE? sounds fun and we are so in and would love to help plan and such as i'm off work til atleast may and bored silly!

so excited! 242 days til we hit Texas! we are booked at the Harbour House which is where we stayed in November and it was so awesome! when we get off this cruise we are staying the the Best Western beachfront inn for one night to got to the other cruise on carnival magic to nassau, key west and freeport. this is Bonnie's first all family cruise/trip/airplane adventure.

FE is fish extender if you do a search on here you can find out all about it. I thought it sounded like alot of fun. Hope your feeling better soon. Sorry about your carnival magic ports hope it goes better for me I am sailing on carnival magic on April 1.
