My Daughter who is 16 is starting to get a little nervous looking at the FE list and not seeing anyone her own age. My two boys are 11 and 13 but are fine hanging with each other or figure that here are kids that age.

With 13 days to go, we have 11 families signed up for the FE! I can't wait to get out of the snow on on board the Magic!

Well, we got anothrr 4 inches of snow last night and it's still coming! A perfect day to start the iditarod (although a little warm at 25F)!! Only one month, one week, and three days until i'm relaxing in the warmth!

it's less than 40 for us now! at least, less than 40 for WDW! Oh man, I can't be more excited..... AHHH!

Hot dog! You've got it Nikkie! It's only 39 days until we set sail with Captain Mickey!!! I guess I should get to work printing stuff for our gifts, packing suitcases and what not!

38 days! High of 19F today with snow showers today and tomorrow! I think we only need 6 more inches or so to break the record!

it's supposed to be 70 degrees in nyc on thursday. mickey is tricking me!!!!

finished the design for my FE gifts!!!! woooooooooooo, now they just need to be printed

We finished our gifts and learned that we can ship them to the boat! I pack too much to begin with so this eases my mind a bit!

Great thinking shipping stuff to the boat! We have never done it, but know people that have. I finished personalizing all of the name tags for everyone who has given me names! Now to print, cut, and put in the lanyards. Then i'll sort them by stateroom and put them in bags.

Disboarders please make sure i have first names for everyone in your party, so tgat they can all get a customized lanyard! Thanks

Just a note that this is a last call for those wishing to join the FE gift giving. Anyone who wants to join the list later, please note that many people purchase gifts based on closing date numbers.

I will cotinue to add people to the roll call lst as they join our cruise.

The pirate FE gifts that i ordered came today!!!

4 weeks from this moment I am hoping to be checking into the Magic and waiting to board. Then its lunch, pool and onto the Veranda for a cigar and a drink in that order.

Heard all sort of great things about this site! Hopefully we will meet some people with similar aged children as my son!!

Welcome! Welcome! We are super glad you are joining us on the cruise! If you check out the link in my signature you will see a list of all disboarders on the cruise, and a column indicating if they are participating in the FE (fish extender) gift giving. There are a few other families with young kids.

There is also a facebook page for our group. Again, we're excited you are joining us!

I will be giving all disboarders a special cruising lanyard and name badge, so please let me know the first names of everyone in your party and your room number at some point.

The FE portion of the list is finalized...those participating are listed at the top of the spreadsheet and have "yes" in the far right column (11 families total). The lower portion of the list is the remainder of the roll call, and i an still missing names and room numbers from some of those people.

I worked on my gifts all weekend and did some last minute shopping. Next is to work on packing everything up. Yeah!!!
