This is late but I want to thank two CM's who made my trip last August very magical. It was a day before another hurricane, and the parks were empty. My family and I came down to DW as a real last minute trip (we just got in the car and drove). I was bringing a group of friends and family to the World in November and wanted to get the kids autograph books and pens to get them all excited. Since I was buying 14 books I wanted to find cheaper books. When we were there in June I found these cute blue MK books in the cart up front in MK. I searched every store in the World and was unable to find them. Our last day we went back to MK to the cart and it was locked down due to the hurricane. I went searching in the main st stores and came across Vonnie Marcer. She had just moved from NY and insisted that this was a simple request. She searched all over and found Jacque S. He had also just moved from NYC and they both use to work together in the big Disney store in NYC. Jacque went and opened the cart and got all the books. It was above and beyond. Everytime my DH goes to the new World of Disney in NYC (which is usually once a week) they know him as the person who saw Jacque and Vonnie. We really appreciated everything they did and I only regret that it took me so long to send this. I would love to foward this to Disney if anyone has a email address.
