A List and B List Celebrities

So actors, and actresses like Julia Roberts, Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Reese Witherspoon... are considered to be on the A List. But who would you consider to be on the B List?

Most of the popular actors on TV I would consider B list until they crossover into film. For example McDreamy is currently B list with A list aspirations.

I think most Disney actors are B list.

Dempsey was in films a long time before Gray's.

Anyone who has been a subjec of a where are they now show, comments on VH1's 80's shows where they show clips, anyone who had a show pulled (Arsenio Hall, Ricki Lake, Pat Sajak, Wayne Brady, Tony Danza) and/or any musician that is on a reunion tour.

The Dancing with the Stars was a great comment.. Also included anyone on Celebrity Circus, Celebrity Fit Club, Celebrity Family Feud, game show hosts (Sorry Wayne Brady--you are 2 for 2), and any of those awful "look at my life" shows that are constantly on Vh1.

Anyone who was invited to Donald Trump's Wedding was B list.


Oddly, I think that when Patrick Dempsey was in movies, he was B list. Now that he's on GA, I think most find him A list.

Whatever list you are on, E Entertainment and VH1 has a reality show for YOU!!! There has never been a better time for those people since Love Boat and Hollywood Squares!

Yeah, but he definitely wasn't A list then! I liked...Loverboy was it?...but I don't think that qualified him to be put on the A list.

I think with the films he's done since Greys he is heading towards A list.

I think I have a more categories than some of the people on this thread. I think there are B, C, D list actors. There have been some posts that are putting people on the B list who should be much further down.

A list: Will Smith, Tom Cruise, Julia Roberts
B list: Jada Pinkett Smith, Brendan Frazier, McDreamy, and really popular TV actors like Jack from Lost.
C list: Good reality tv shows like Dancing with the Stars
D list: Bad reality tv shows like the Two Coreys
