Hey Kathy, glad to hear that things are still going well with your dad! Sorry you didn't make it to round 2, but it's good to see that you're looking at it in a positive way!

I've stopped by to visit your blog, but can't figure out how to post on there I know there were a couple of things I wanted to comment on...if you can tell me an easy way to post, I'd love to know.

Good luck with your continuing to pack...it can be so difficult to know exactly the right stuff to take sometimes

I just now read about your father's surgery. I am very glad to hear it all went well and he's on the road to recovery!!!

I'll keep him in my prayers!

I have your blog open in a new tab, I'll catch up there as soon as time allows - I follow a ton of blogs over RSS, so I'll add yours!! I have a blog too (actually 2!) one is about us-just pictures, fun, etc. and another is about saving money in the town I live in. Links to coupons, sales at the stores, etc. That one I work on much more often!

Sounds like excitement is building at your house, and plans are becoming reality!!!

your updated itinerary looks well too and it seems as many of the last minute details are coming along...

We managed DHS on a F! day, granted we had the rain that may have scared off some guests... I think w/ good planning you will have a good full day. (we used the GAC for TSM too) about an hour after the mad rush...

Hi Kathy. So glad to hear about your dad. Those things can be so scary and stressful.

We also did DHS on a F! day and it was do-able. I did feel like it was more crowded, but definitely manageable with a good plan!

Will be out of touch for a while, DHs father passed away unexpectedly Thursday, so I hope all your last minute plans fall into place and that you have a GREAT trip!

Well, its been a pretty rough weekend.

Dad had some post-op complications; the surgery disturbed the ability of his heart to pace itself and his heart has been beating either very slow or very fast, and very irregularly. He will be getting a pacemaker today and hopefully will be coming home Wednesday.

I've spent the past three days/nights at the hospital and I'm pretty beat. I'm hoping to slowly catch up with your reports, but I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your kind thoughts and prayers.

wvdislover: Missy, I'm so sorry to hear about Sarah's accident. Billy broke his wrist a couple of years ago and the cast was a real pain. I hope she feels better soon!

Try to remember to take care of yourself as you get over the flu... we moms tend to put ourselves last.
