IF I BUY THE MAJORITY OF MY POINTS, BY EXAMPLE 150 AT WL AND I OWN AN OTHER 50 POINTS AT BW.
IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO RESERVE IN THE 11 MONTH WINDOWS IN BOTH?

only the VWL points can be used for a reservation at VWL at 11 months. Only the BWV points can be used 11 months ahead at BWV. So for example, if you need 200 points to make a VWL reservation(and you have 150 VWL points and 50 points at BWV), you can reserve as many nights as 150 points will get you at the 11 month window and then wait until 7 months to finish off the reservation with your BWV points. Of course, you could also wait until 7 months and make the entire reservation then. As always, reservations are subject to availability.

Under your example, you could reserve 150 points worth of reservations at VWL at 11 months, and/or 50 points of reservations at BWV's at 11 months.

Using them the opposite way, the 150 points at VWL could be used at BWV (or OKW etc) at only the 7 month window. Likewise the 50 points at BWV could only be used elsewhere at 7 months.

So if you wanted to use all these 200 points at the same resort, it could only be done at the 7 month window.

The 11 month window is only good for the points owned at THAT Home Resort. You cannot combine them with points from another home resort and use them also. You would have to wait for the 7 month window.

I believe you are able to bank/borrow on each contract independant of each other.

If, for example, you wanted to stay at the BWV for 150 points you could bank from the previous year (50) and borrow from the future year (50) and have your current year (50) for a total of 150 points available at the 11 month window for BWV.

The other years where you where banking and borrowing for the BWV, you could stay at WLV.

Of course, once you bank or borrow points, they must be used in the current use year.
