I found a company that has scrubs that fit me comfortably. This is a huge feat because all the companies sizes and lengths are so different. But it is SO difficult to deal with this company. I got an email for nurses week, 21% off. I ordered some pants. Next day I get an email, NOW 30% off for nurses week! Well they refuse to price adjust. It is not their policy. I can return and reorder. It will be a wash to pay for the shipping to send it back and reorder. Last time they sent my order to my billing address instead of my shipping address. The refused to refund my shipping even though it was their error and I spent weeks waiting for them to fix it. Several times I have recieved wrong sizes or not what I ordered. Huge hassle every time!!!

Every time I order from them, I live to regret it. Hear that Tafford? I am NOT ordering again!!

Please hold me to it, I am NEVER ordering from this company again. This time I mean it.
 
I would ask to speak to manager. As a retired nurse that's sorriness. IF they won't do anything for u I would NEVER order from them again. Also ask for Home Office phone number and use it . good luck

How is it that every time someone here puts a company on blast, the "owner" or representative finds their post and post a message for all to see instead of trying to contact the person involved:confused3. I sometimes wonder if the person is actually from the company or just someone else playing on the emotions of the person affected:banana:.

You know what? If this is your policy it is 100% opposite of what your CUSTOMER SERVICE rep told me yesterday. Not only did she say it is "your policy NOT to adjust" she also went into great detail about how if they did they would have to adjust every single order every day becaause of the amount of emails that go out.

The time to fix it would have been when I called. Or when I emailed. It sure is a sad state of affairs that it takes my vent on a public message board to get someone to listen or care about their customers. Try having your 800 number fix the issue the first time.

Every single order I have placed in the last 6 months has required several follow up calls to "fix". Nothing ever gets fixed with the first call. Epic fail.

Your suggestion to call Customer Service? I tried that, was told it wasnt happening. I was told rather snidely that I could return my order and pay shipping and reorder. Hope it was worth the 9% you just lost a customer. It was really the last straw anyway. You suck. The world needs to know so they can save themselves the same aggravation I have had to deal with.

It is infuriating how little they care when you call and ask for help, then they show up pretending like I somehow misunderstood the rep that basically told me to take a hike.
 
Thanks for the heads up OP. I have enough patients at work, so have NO patience for shoddy customer service practices. Timing is everything
.... I was eyeballing them for a new order, but now I'm going to play it safe over saving a few bucks and return to my old favorite ...
