I never get a basket.....do any adults here get baskets?

My mom still makes me a basket, but then again, I am an only child and she still looks at me like I'm her little baby....yeah right!
My dh and I don't get each other anything.....plus now with me doing WW I have asked mom for NO candy....so we will see!!

Kamy :)

I did get DH an Easter card and put 10 disney dollars in it

(DS will be getting the basket and about 100 filled plastic easter eggs - 25 have Disney dollars)

Because we make this a family thing - I fill a basket for my dh and myself when I do my dd's. It's just been a tradition that I had started.

I haven't gotten anything from the Easter Bunny since I was 6!

I think I'll ask my mom to write me a check in the amount of 17 easter baskets tonight.

Absolutely! Easter is my favorite holiday! I go all out and make up baskets, dye eggs, put flowers all over the house, decorate inside and out! I love Easter! I even sent Will's parents an Easter basket full of chocoate Easter bunnies, coconut cream egss, peanut butter cups, jelly beans etc. :p

Normally I don't get a basket.:( But I went to my TDS yesterday and got a free Thumper Easter Basket.:teeth:

Nope. IMHO,As with most holidays that have some gift giving component as part of the tradition, they are geared toward children.

Personally, I don't need any more stuff!

We give the kids plenty of candy. The deal has always been that they get to choose a few candies that they HAVE to have such as chocolate rabbits, etc , the rest ends up in a family basket to share over the next few weeks. As they have grown older, they are more excited about the other goodies in the basket than the candy anyway.

We shared our Easter candy when I was growing up, too.

My husband and I used to make baskets for eachother up until our 2 yo daughter was born. My mother still makes baskets for me (age 32), my 2 brothers (ages 26 and 21) and my husband (32)! Not too bad! I make one for my mom too.

Yep....everyone gets baskets :)
Me, DH, DS (age 23), DD (age 20) and DS's girlfriend.

I have to mail DD's to her at college.....but we will always get baskets :teeth:

Nope. I was figuring this was the last year for my kids too. My youngest is probably on his last year of believing in the Easter Bunny. That is the only "gift" giving we do on Easter.

I make one for DH and DDs....I have started making one for myself so DDs don't get suspicious. I have always made one for DH, even when we were dating.

The only way I get a basket is if I make one up for myself - not much fun in that

My 10 yr old knows about the Easter Bunny but she doesn't care, she's still getting something so she goes with the flow, LOL.

The only basket I am going to get is the laundry one! LOL

I've never received one since I was a child and yet this year I've already received one and know of another I'm getting.
