I have been a fan of the Pepper Market. I have stayed at C. Springs multiple times. This has stretched over time since its' opening. I have also attended on both business and pleasure.

That is the number of smiles I encountered while dining with my family at the Pepper Market
Since my stay there last September, they have put up a wall not allowing refills. You now must have your the waiter refill your cup, so no self serve. The food serving size was well below par. My order of Beef Quesadilla was actually cheese filled hot pockets. I asked for Salsa and was given a cup size which equalled the sample size you get at the grocery. I felt very guilty for asking for this for the looks I received.
The Wok Kitchen was no where to be found. Years ago the Roasted pork with peanuts was very good.
The resort itself has nice upgrades to the rooms. I felt very "off property" as everything seemed very non-Disney. I would place a bet that the Pepper Market was a restaurant at downtown Orlando and not in a Disney resort.
I have crossed this resort off my list for the remainder of time. My money and time at Disney is so precious. I am a past cast member, and 15 year stock holder in this company. I understand fully the need to advertise to the convention crowd, but not to the sacrifice of the family on "their Disney trip".
