A few questions

Hi! I'm pretty sure I'm going to apply for the Spring 2009 Disney college program at Disneyland, but I had a few questions, if anyone can help me out...First of all, when am I supposed to apply? When is too early? And when does the e-presentation go up? Because when I try to view it now, it won't go. Right now, i'm attending a California Junior college, and I was just wondering if I can still apply even though it's a JC? Any information would be MUCH appreciated! Thank you advance!
