Didn't hear all the details (sorry :( ) but A&E Network will be airing a special on the rescue of Jessica Lynch.

At the time, she was suffering from a head injury, a broken leg and arm, a bullet wound to her leg,

According to US sources there were no bullet wounds. This calls into question the credibility of the reporting.

I don't know anything about the paper or the credibility of the sources, but you may find it of interest.

That was interesting. However, even if it is true, the soldiers on the soldiers on the ground can only go by what they were told in their briefing. No matter which story is true, they handled themselves as they should have.

Any one that went through the living hell that Lynch and the other POWs went through are heros no matter what the circumstances. It will take a long time for them to heal both physically and mentally. We all (esp. the media) need to respect that and give them time. They will tell the story when they are ready.
