A Disney dog name?

We have a Max, although not named after Goofy's son.

Friends named their Great Danes, Ariel and Koda. Koda is from Brother Bear.

We have a Koda! He is a border collie/lab/hound mut. He looked like a little black bear as a puppy :)

We have 2 yorkies Grace & Lillie..a chihuahua named Casey and a pug (Chihuahua..Pug mix) named Abbie...and a yellow lab named Lucky (son's dog)
We also have 4 cats named....Jack Jack....Jake....Max and Elizabeth Swan....

I like Darby, from Darby O'Gill and the Little People.
I like Nemo, from Finding Nemo and 20,000 Leagues.
I love Jose Carioca and Panchito from the Three Caballeros for a Chihuahua.
Flounder is good for a retriever of any kind.
Cogsworth is a great name for a bulldog...they seem so regal, but they really aren't.
I also like Cubby, Annette and Jimmy from the MMC.

For the obvious, you could go with Brutus from the ugly Dachshund...though not for a Dachshund. Wilson from the Shaggy Dog is good too.

Our overweight yellow lab is named DUG! When he just meets you, he pretty much LOVES you!

I have a golden retriever named Dug and his personality is a mix between Dug from Up and Maximus from Tangled. He is still a puppy so when he behaves like a puppy by chewing on shoes or something we call him notorious D.U.G.

Our border collie is named "Magic".

Be sure to pick a name that will roll-off the tongue easily.
And also one that you won't mind YELLING out, at the top of your lungs, running down the street through your neighborhood (or the dog park), when he takes off running!;)

Wait til u get your pup, then read a list of your fav disney names to your pup...when the ears perk up or you get a bark you will know which one they like...of course, that could be why my dog is named dinnertime.;)

we just got a golden puppy he is a little over 5 months and his name is Wall-e after the movie of course but he fits it so well he is always collecting things and putting them in his bed

Thanks so much! What great suggestions.

We are going this weekend to look at 2 year old St. Bernard :scared1: her name is Bella. I am not sure we will take her but I want to meet her.

Keep the suggestions coming. :cool1:

When we got our puppy, I was torn between Pixie and Minnie. Then my DH brought home a boy and I got outvoted, so he is now Dudley. But I would have gone with Max, if I had my way. Democracy!!!

These are all great names. I especially like rant! :)
Don't forget about all the Dalmations too. Pongo, Perdy, Lucky. Or even Thunderbolt.

We have a yellow lab we got two years ago and named her "Jiko". She is named after the best restaurant in Disney World. (of course, we have to explain her name to many people!)

We have a chihuahua named Simba:simba: Some day (when I can talk DH into it:rolleyes1) we will get a little girl chihuahua and of course, name her Nala.

One name that I love is Perry. I can totally see me coming home every day saying "Where Perry?" ;)

Our first lab was "Wendy" - '88 - '92, our second lab was "Tinker Belle" - '95 - '08; yes we killed 2 birds with one stone by adding the 'e' to Bell, and our current lab is "Princess Jasmine" aka Jassie! :thumbsup2

We have a chihuahua named Daisy and a puggle named Riley (after the cute nerdy guy in National Treasure).

We don't have a dog but when we do get one :rolleyes1 I said we would name it Rhino (our fave character from Bolt); though I saw someone named their dog Wall-E, so that will probably win over my husband...if it's a girl, then Eve-ah ;)
