WOW Sally and Jay must have been taking brave tablets before they reached AK, good job your eyebrow was up to the task , I am so jealous as I can't for the life of me do the eyebrow thing (and DH loves it that he can ) I have to rely on looking over the top of my glasses in that "Miss Jean Brodie" way...it usually has the desired effect

Hi! I just want to say you crack me up and it's always a good day when miss cammie posts.

Also, my sister is a step mama and is going through a similar situation that you are with "somebody" in her life. When she found out that my sister and her husband were thinking about having a baby, "someone" told her daughter that if a new baby comes along, no one can have fun anymore because the baby gets all the attention. Luckily, my niece is a very smart cookie and is ecstatic about being a big sister rather than upset.

Anyway... love the report, love the kiddos, even love the duck! Keep up the good work.

Sally just called me on my cell, she was crying b/c *somebody* told her that Disney is SUCH a waste of time for kids as old as Sally and wasn't she EMBARRASSED that we would be taking her there AGAIN.

I have been reading your trip report and been lurking forever (you can tell by my VERY low post count!) but had to finally come out of the dark to tell you how much I enjoy your trip report and that the kids sound awesome!!!

I can't believe I have FINALLY caught up.

I have been lurking for over a week, and thought for sure this TR was done & over with... so last night when I finally made it to page 10 and realized that the dates are getting more & more recent, I had my own little party!

There have been so many times I wanted to post, but thought I was too late. I feel we are living very similar lives, I too am a "wicked" stepmother to a lovely 8YO DD and an equally "wicked" mother to a 19 mth old DS - although being "wicked" to a toddler isn't as much fun as it is to an 8 YO, he just doens't get the teasing like she does! In fact, he makes fun of my "looks" by mimicing me, so it's completely lost on him - for the time being anyway. I know that his time will come.....

I have totally enjoyed your TR, my entire family knows all about the CambellScotts and my DH even read a few lines with me last night, the bit about laying out everyone's clothes the night before because you are controlling - he fears that there are actually other people out there as crazy as I!

We're headed down in August too - I will definitely be keeping my eyes open for you all!!

Keep the chapters coming - I'm loving it!

Silly me, I guess that would help you find her a little easier wouldn't it....

On the boards go to trip reports and at the top you can click on pre-trips. Her title I think is A Birthday, Characters and LOTS of fun..

Yay! I finally got caught up! Thank you Miss Cammie! I LOVE your trip report! You have me laughing and crying and feeling all uppity (no nanny = no panties! ) and your shout out to the disboutiquers had me about in tears Of course I'm feeling like an incompetent mom next to you and your amazing eyebrows! Thank you thank you everyone for your incredible comments!! I want to respond to everyone individually but that would be called "FIRED"...b/c I have about 84,000 reports to finish this week...and I've been procrastinating ALL DAY!!!

but I wanted to take a moment to say thanks and I'm so glad everyone is enjoying the report so much. It's been fun to write and be able to keep that positive head space alive!!!

It's funny...we're on day three and I found myself thinking "Wow we didn't have much trip left by day three...and that exactly what I was thinking on that day. I'm SO incredibly glad we have a nice long trip planned for this summer!!

Gosh...the TR will be like...a YEAR long!!!
