I put a link on the first page of my TR to every chapter as soon as I post. That way you don't have to wade through comments if you don't want to. It takes you straight there!! Is that what you meant or would it be easier for me to put the post number too? I can, I just tend to forget that sort of thing!!

That's just perfect, I did not realize as I always use the "view first unread" option! Thank you! I'll look right there on page one from now on.

ok signing onboard. I to am an EVIL STEP MOTHER, I also have a STEPMONSTER! (I Love her to death, really I do) I think I talk to her more than my own MOM. My stepson treated me horrible for a while, due to his WONDERFUL **COUGH** AHEM** mother. I called my step mom crying and said I was sorry if I every treated her bad!

So I am Loving the TUMMY BUG *COUGH* I guess I need to get past the 3 page to see how long the TUMMY BUG LAST! Tomorrow I will read more, as you said my eyes are crossing I am so tired!

Yay, I made it through! I thought when I read all the chapters on the first page I would be at the end of your trip, but I happily see there are more installments to come. I loved reading about Sally and Teddy and the more I read about Teddy, the more he seems like the boy for Megan!

I just wanted to say that your insight into your step-children was absolutely fascinating. And the love you have for them was so evident and made the story so enjoyable to read, which is why I got sucked in...

Also, I have to say that agree with Sally that RULEBREAKERS MUST BE DEALT WITH AND EVERYTHING MUST BE FAIR. I have lived with that same mantra my whole life. I still struggle sometimes with the indignant 8 year old in me when people do not follow the rules and/or are treated unfairly.

Anyway, you are a fantastic story-teller and I am looking forward to the next installment.

Miss Cammie- I have finally been able to catch up on the last 3 episodes of your journey and they always make me smile! I love how much the kids love AK, as it is definitely my favorite park to just sit back and relax. It is gosh darn hot there though!!!! I can't wait to read the next installment- keep 'em coming.

Oh, and I am still laughing about the quasi-nekkid toddler, even if it is gross

Okay...I blew it...I wasn't able to finish my chapter tonight...but I do have fabulous if slightly gross excuse.

Jay told me earlier that I looked sunburned. Which is odd as there hasn't been hide nor hair of sun around these parts for I don't know how long...so I looked in the mirror and sure enough I look a little reddish.

Y'all wanna know WHY? Well b/c I have a weird rash all over my chest and neck and arms.

It just started spreading...I don't know if it's from the new detergent or what, but it's freaky. I had scarlet fever in college and I'm a bit freaked out. I don't have a sore throat or anything, which is a pre cursor to Scarlet Fever, but still. Rashes freak me out!

So I'm on Benedryl and it makes me dopey...I know, nothing new there! But I didn't want to try and do the rest of my chapter on a foggy brain.

Sooooo long story long, I'm going to the doctor tomorrow, hoping for a speedy resolution and a non dope drug to make me all better!!

AND since I will be kicked out of work if I even ATTEMPT to enter the parking lot, I shall be home and writing my TR.

sorry to hear about the rash going on. Hope the meds help, I'm sure that's what the doc will tell you to do. I had one starting on my hands, but I think that was from the tanning salon last week hey, a girls gotta do what a girls gotta do up here in the frozen tundra . I would bet it is the detergent if you are trying a new one. I switched a few months back and my ds, who also has asthma by the way, also broke out in a terrible rash. Changed back to our tide and it went away. Hopefully that is what it is for you.

I know what you mean about "Talkin Texas" ! My best friend has lived in Chicago since she was 12 years old ( now she is 40 somethng) Her family cousins removed, etc., live in Little Rock and if she is down there for 2 days, we can't understand her when she gets home!

OMG ! MissCammie I have that rash too! Mine looks more like measles than sunburn though. The Benedryl fog along with the cat laying on my chest as I'm streached out on the couch make it pretty hard to type. Hope you get some good fast acting drugs, and let me know what the Dr says is wrong with us, as I've gone the self medicating route so far.
But hey working on your TR should take your mind off the itchiness I'm just saying

The sunburn thing killed me b/c yes, there has not been a really good sunny day around these parts. Dang rain! And yes, it did hold out for the game but the Yankees lost, so, you win some, you lose some. But DD had so much sugar at the game (cotton candy, ice cream, etc.) and at a b-day party the next day (cake, candy, fruit punch) that she started puking yesterday morning and the other thing (too gross to mention to your delicate ears) and now we have the day off due to a tummy bug that I now think she's passed on to me, LOVELY!
