Does anyone know if you can get your GAD ticket the day before you plan to use it? I would like to get into the park at rope drop and I would hate to waste time standing in line for my ticket. Or alternatively is the place I need to go to redeem the ticket open before the parks? And where exactly do I need to go?

Thanks,
Erin

Good question. I got mine at the MK the morning I was to use it. It was at rope drop and no time was wasted. The MK has a small kiosk just as you go through bag check on the right. There are a few CMs in there doing just GADs. Same place they did birthday gift cards. I'm sure you could go to GS but the lines would be longer. Bring ID and your voucher and you're good to go. Very fast.:thumbsup2

The GAD ticket is valid only on the day the voucher is redeemed. So if you get it the day before you are going to use it, it becomes worthless.

There is always at least one ticket window and one Guest Relations Window open outside each park at least 30 minutes before the first Guests are allowed into the park; this takes into consideration both morning EMH as wellas pre-opening dining reservagtions.

So if the park opens at 9:00 and breakfasts start at 8:00 does this mean the Guest Relations window is open at 7:30? And where is the Guest Relations window for MK? Is it at the TTC or at the park itself?

Yes, Will Call opens at 7:30 for a 9:00 opening. There is a Will Call at MK (either the round building to the right of the security check or at Guest Relations in the same area - it is clearly marked but does vary). TTC also has a Will Call - it will also be marked (one of the ticket booths).

We redeemed at 7:45 at MK (it was at Guest Relations that day), which took about 5 minutes. We had time to take a picture in front of the castle and still make our 8:05 ADR at Crystal Palace. It was very easy.
