My wife is going out to California for a seminar at the end of May and I plan on flying out a few days later so we can make a long weekend out of it. We'd like to visit DL, but I have a few questions I hope someone can answer:

1) Will the parks be really busy Memorial Day weekend? (I'm assuming yes)
2) If we have days left on WDW multi-day passes, can we use them at DL?

I'm sure I have more questions, but those two are a start. Thanks for all your help in advance.

Yes, the parks will be quite crowded Memorial Day weekend, but it's usually not as bad as other holidays such as the 4th of July.

You will not be able to use WDW passes at Disneyland...they are not transferable between parks.

Enjoy your trip! :)

Has the policy changed since last year regarding using unused WDW pass days at Disneyland? I used my unused day from a 1996 WDW pass there. It was one of the old value passes that are no longer available. I also called to check if I could use it at California Adventure around the time the park opened last year and was told that I could use it there too.

I would bring your WDW pass with you and check once your there but before arriving at the park. If not, purchase your ticket at the hotel if you can. I was there a couple of weeks ago before spring break on a Thursday morning and the line at the ticket boothes at the park were HUGE! Half hour wait a minimum, probably longer. I think most people don't use their WDW pass because WDW admission is more than Disneyland admission so most people save it for future use.
