A couple of SWA questions re $25 disc code

I have the $25 discount code from VISIT FLORDIA. At what point in the purchase process do I enter the code? I tried right at the beginning but it doesn't work there. Must I book DB's and my flights separately in order to use a code for each of us? (I do have 2 codes). And, having booked a RT ticket, can I add EBCI to just the return trip portion?

What do you mean it doesn't work at the beginning? What happens when you put the promo code in?

You need to enter it on the very first page where you enter you cities and dates. There is a box that says "promo code".

If that is not working I am guessing at least 1 of your travel days falls on a blackout date? What dates are you traveling?

we're traveling 9/4 (Sat of Labor Day weekend) to 9/11. off to check the restrictions!!!

And we have a winner! not available 9/2 thru 9/7 so no good to me!!! Thanks for the help!

Book two one-ways instead of a roundtrip. You can at least use it for $12.50 off all the tickets on the return leg...

Same here. I tried every which way. The only airlines that have non stop flights from Austin to Orlando are SW and Jetblue.
We want to fly SWA to Orlando as the flight arrives in the early afternoon...
Jetblue arrives in the evening, However, we want to fly back to Austin with Jetblue because it is a later flight.

actually got it here but I didn't save it. I'll try to find it again for you. In the mean time, you could go to Visit Florida & check there. You have to e-mail an "invitation" to someone. When they get the e-vite, there's a link to go to & THEN they e-mail the code. Easier than it sounds! Its 1 code per person so you'd need more than one.
