Now I am wondering how we will end up sitting. There is myself and my 3 small children but the plane has 3 seats on one side and 2 on the other. Someone will have to be alone and we don't get our seat assignment until we check-in (AirTran). Maybe 2 rows of 2 would be okay. I can put the 2 older kids in front of me and sit next to the youngest one.

With AirTran, you can check-in online 24-hours before your flight to get your seat assignments.

When I travel alone with 3 kids, I put the three kids together ensuring that the youngest sits on the aisle. Then I sit in the aisle seat across from them so I can see them all and help the youngest. The aisle is narrow so it's not a problem.

Hey, Thanks ALOT!!!! I found out that my seats were the only few with hardly no leg room. My husband is 6'3" and I am 5'10" so that just would not work for us. I was able to change them. Thank you!!!

Thanks for the information. I looked to see our seats on Song, and they said that there wasn't much leg room because of the bulkhead. I was thinking of changing them, and then when I went to check my itineraries, somehow Song had changed my seats without even notifying me! Is that common? I guess these seats are better, in that they are regular, with no compromises, but who's to say they won't change them again???
