Dave welcome, you don't have to stand in the back you were in the TR you have VIP seating in the front:cool1:

I will say that I am probably the most uncomputer savy person out there. Only a month ago I learned how to text:lmao: Also paperwork is not my thing (just ask my boss:lmao:) I'm a Old School in the Field kinda guy, and in a way I think it keeps my mind going:confused3

I have a ton of photos from our trip, but don't know how to post them, (and don't want to bother my wife, don't want a attitude because she's busy all the time:lmao:)

Any of you guys that have a photo of our meeting , by all means post it, so everyone knows I'm a real person:goodvibes:lmao:

We had a 10am ressie for AAA storytime in Norway so we headed on over, There were around a dozen people at the 10am storytime and Mary Poppins was the storyteller, it was a Great meet & greet:goodvibes

Can you tell me what this is - I am not familiar. :confused3

AAA Storytime is a perk offered by AAA for booking with them, it is a private meet & greet (very small, usally only like 20 people total are there:cool1:) and the Character reads a story, then has 1 on 1 time with the kids. We had Mary Poppins this time, last year we had Snow White, I've also heard somtimes Jasmine, Alice or Aladin is the storyteller:goodvibes

A new AAA perk they started this year, Main Street Train Station Balcony Parade Viewing for the afternoon parade, I found out about this one late and was not able to do it this time. For our August trip I'll be all over it.:cool1:

If anyone booked there trip through AAA you can make ressie's for these events 180 days in advance also, just need your confirmation #:woohoo:

Thanks for posting a pic Dave:goodvibes I may work in sub zero everyday but I was still cold:lmao: I'm sure we will meet up often since you are only a hour away, to bad I didn't know we were down the street from you when we went to the Crayola Factory:confused3. You got to let me know if you are heading to the shore:confused3

I was just looking at your ticker, I see you have the next 7 trips already laid out:banana:

Thanks - we may have to go that route for our next trip!

They do offer a whole coupon pack, includes Parking in the AAA Diamond lot, you get to park pretty much near the handicaped section, we didn't use it this time, but in the past we didn't have to take the tram since we were basicly in the front row:cool1:

Just wanted to subscribe-looking forward to reading more! I like hearing about how well-planned and organized your method for visiting the parks is!

Thanks & Welcome aboard:cool1: The best is still on it's way :goodvibes:woohoo:

We arrived at AK right when the parade was starting, so it was time to do the Main thing we had to do:cool1: Head over to Camp Mickey and get our pic with Santa Goofy:goodvibes, The Lion King show was also going on and hardly anyone was there, We also meet Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Breir Rabbit And Phocohantis in a matter of 20 mins tops:banana:

We then headed over to Dinoland, and did the Pluto meet & greet:woohoo:
After texting for alittle while in lines, We meet up with another Dis Dad (Colin & DD Talyor:goodvibes) We all went to ride EE, For my family this was the 1st time any of us were on it, my son was a little scared of the Yeti (told him it was a bummble with a toothache:lmao:).

We were EMH's now and we all headed to Bugs Life (a AK must do:cool1:), after that we realized AK does not have a whole lot to offer on night EMH's (guess in the summer you can do the rapids) So we headed over to another one of my sons favorite rides Dinosaur, Colin was going to take some pics around the park, and we then parted ways, it was Great meeting them:goodvibes

We rode Dinosaur 2 times, and headed for the bus for our 8:20 ADR at Olivia's,
Once we got to OKW it took like 15mins to get to our stop, that place is huge:scared1: Once again I had the steak:woohoo: Our waiter was really cool, he told us he was from Moracco and had a son my sons age:) He showed my son how his name would be written in Moracco:goodvibes

After dinner we caught the bus to DTD, we got off and it was just cold:scared1: So we hit a few shops and headed back to the Resort, it was around 11 pm when we got back, it turned out to be a good move since Day 5 is Action packed:woohoo::goodvibes

Day 5 Couldn't get any better:goodvibes:yay:, Except for Dinner :scared1:

So jealous once again, I didn't get my picture with Santa Goofy when we were there. :sad2:

Wow, that's awesome that you met Pocahontas at AK! We've never seen her there and that is one of my sister's favorite characters.

Pocahontas was in front of Forest Friends at Camp Mickey, Previous trips we saw her at Rafiki's Plant Watch Conservation Station:cool1:

Heading to the bus at the resort to go to MK, it's around 7:30am we are near the bus stop and I come to a dead stop:confused3, We'll you would think that since I was a extreme Commando I rush and pass things by, but that is not the case, I find things that most others walk by, We came across a CM playing the Harmonica, I had to stop (these are the little things that mean alot:goodvibes) he played us a few Christmas songs and a couple WDW songs, my son really liked him:goodvibes, I asked him if he plays in any of the parks, he said he was just a grounds keeper guy, I hope someone higher up sees him and gives him a job playing at the boardwalk or something, we took a pic with him and got on the bus:goodvibes

Getting off the bus at MK when we walked past the Tranportation Booth I stopped to see if the had the boat cards, just my luck that one of the guys there had all 3 (score:goodvibes)

When we got to MK the Horse drawn trolly was by the train station on Main St. of course we took a ride to the Castle, it amazes me that hardly anyone rides it:confused3. We walk back down Main Street and hit the MS Bakery (time to use some more snack credits:cool1:) I have the huge apple turnover again, my son wants a cupcake we don't see any so we ask, are told will be about 5mins, OK no biggie, when they brought the cupcake out they also gave him a cookie (the size of a hubcap:scared1: free of charge for waiting:cool1:) we sent the cookie to school with my son to share with everyone in the class:goodvibes

My wife wanted to get a pic with Daisey Duck so we headed back to the Entrance for a 20min wait to get it:eek:

After the pic my son wanted to do SM, so we got on line (15min) then headed to Space Ranger Spin (line was quite short so we did it twice:yay:) once agian I got beat on the score:lmao: We then did the Speedway and my son got his Driver's License:goodvibes

My son then wanted to do BTMRR so we hit that (10min wait:banana:) it was around 11am when we got off and decieded to go to lunch at Cosmic Ray's, we got the ribs (they were not that great this time, they were kinda on the fatty side:confused3)

After lunch it was haircut time at Harmony Barber Shop and that will start Part2:goodvibes

great update ron!!!:thumbsup2 i can never get by the sticky buns in ms bakery.:lmao: ok, space ranger spin, there are 2 100k point per hit targets. i found one of them and not the other yet. if you or someone reading this dont want to know, stop reading.ok, the first room you come into there is a big orange robot on the left side. hit the inside target on his left hand.its easier to hit if your sitting on the left side of the car. the car will auotmaticly turn to the right, keep your hand on the direction knob and keep pushing it to the left. as soon as your car hits that room, start hitting it!!! the most i ever had as the ride was moving was on that target was 700,000. a few times the ride stops and i had 999,999 before we got out of the first room. just dont tell my dw and dd, they have no idea.:lmao:

OMG, that is the BEST INFO ever. I am notoriously horrible at SRS so I can't wait to hustle my DH with this during our next visit! LOL.

Ron, I can't wait to hear about Harmony Barber Shop, I've never been but it seems so cool and great for kids.

Dave, Thanks for sharing, I do have the info on the 2 spots somewhere (I'll have to look around for it) I think the other spot was on the back of the Buzzsaw:confused3.
