I'm planning our first trip for Nov. I really think it would be fun to do Tusker House for the breakfast buffet right before park opens. The problem is that my husband LOVES breakfast food and gets carried away and all excited at buffet type places
He then proceeds to snarf down tons of food and as a result he complains later that he feels bloated and gross and needs a nap.
I plan on eating then running all around AK and I don't want to listen to him whine about how he ate too much. Do any of you have husbands that go nuts at buffets so you can relate?
I am almost feeling like I should avoid Tusker which I really wanted to do because of this problematic husband and buffets. Anybody do a large buffet type breakfast and then regret it and feel that it put a damper on your touring of the day? Maybe we should stick w/ a lighter breakfast in the morning and save the family style or buffet stuff for dinner. Or maybe I should fill my husband's plate for him like I would for the kids making sure he only chooses healthy, non sluggish foods
