A band of 4 adults from germany on their first trip to WDW

Dear DIS-Members,

I am planning a trip with three of my friends - we're from germany and I have a lot of - maybe stupid - wuestions. I know, I know: "Use the search engige for gid's sake!" you say and youre right. I tried, really. But some question are still unsolved to me, because I am confused by the results....

So would you mind helping ma a little pleeeeeeaaaaassssseeeee?

What I'd like to know and I couldn't find a satisfinig answer to it:

- If I book a "Magic you way"-Package from Disney including Magical Express, will I be able to use the luggage service as well? Will the Tags be sent to me via mail or e-mail?

- Am I allowed to visit other Resorts - like I'll be staying at Port Orleans and would like to see what Polynesian Resort looks like. I won't be using the pools (that thread I found without problems!), but just strolling around maybe have lunch at one of the restaurants, is that allowed?

If I am completly wrong in this section of the forums, I'll be delting this thread immediatly. I'm just really lost around here, sorry!!!

hi, i'll try to answer a few of your questions,if your staying at any Disney world resort, you can get magical express, they will mail all the info to your home. they will take care of your luggage!You can visit any resort you want to,if you want to visit the Polynesian. take the bus to the magic kingdom, and get on the resort monorail,it will take you there hope this helps!

If you are flying internationally you must claim your luggage at the airport and go through customs before checking in for Magical Express.

I am from Germany, too, and I am planning a trip to WDW in September 2015. Perhaps I can answer your questions (we are in the same boot)

- you can use the Magical Express, but you have to handle your luggage yourself (no tags will be send to you)
- I enjoy reading the UK sub-section of this forum - there I have learned that you usually get great offers through the UK Disney site (which are bookable by all Europeans)
- of course you can visit the other resorts, but no pool hopping. But, at the moment, there is a lot of construction going on at Poly. I am planning to visit the Poly, too, but in september when construction should be finished. I was told that the beach at Poly is a nice spot to watch the Wishes fireworks.
