3 boxes for cards for DH's work next year .69 each
3 sets of clear net lights for the front bushes .69 each
3 packs of cookies .39 each
1 hershey's camramel kisses .25
1 electronic ABC sports trivia game for DH $2.00

Sounds like some of you got some great deals!! I went this morning and there wasn't much left at all. The only thing I found was a Glade PlugIns Create-a-Scent (1 holder and 2 refills) for .39. Woo-Hoo....my bargain for the day!

Just came back from Target, but they only had bows and christmas tree stands left. The rubbermaid items (chip n dip, carry along cake tray and take alongs) were still full price. I did buy 3 different Marrakesh throws for $3.99 each! They were in with the regular price items on a hook that said $39.99, markdown to $29.99. They only way to tell these were different from the other Marrakesh throws was the red price tag. Toys were still only 30% off.

I just went to another Target and found the Markeresh throws. They have beads on them and are Morrocan looking for those that are trying to locate them. I got a purple one and a red one. They are really nice!!

I also found some Thomas O Brien clear candelstick holders in the candle section. They are regular 9.99 and are scanning .99. They are pretty nice and I have been looking for them!

Don't forget to check the kitchen section for the glass bottles with the veggies in the vinegar. Some are 90% off and some aren't so scan scan scan!

Summerrluvv, thanks for posting about the 90% sale! I'm so glad you did. :)

I ran by this afternoon. I was amazed at all the stuff that had flown off the shelves in such a short time! (I mean it was fully stocked on Thursday!) It's a fairly new store and it's never crowded. But by Friday afternoon it was all down to three rows with some bare spots. One row candy. One row wrap and one row wrap and misc. stuff. Didn't need any candy. We're cutting way down on that.

But, I did get a ton of wrap and a ton of decorative bows for pennies on the dollar. I was so excited. :) It was probably just as well that I didn't get there earlier. All we really could use was the wrap. And we didn't even need that. (I did the same thing last year.) So we're set for years and years now. :teeth: Those sales are so much fun!

I watched a younger guy go through the store moving items to "find" his stashes....he had 2 carts stuffed full of stuff I haven't seen since before it went to 75%! I followed him and he spend 20 minutes doing this! How he remembered where everything was I don't know. One of the employees said they normally will find "stashed" items and return them to the clearance area.
My store was mostly cleaned out. I got several kid's make up sets, a Barbie for .99 and just misc. wrap, tissue paper and garlands. I really wanted some of the stuff in the guy's chart....I would have bought some of it at 75%!

Not sure if I said it wrong but we had not stashed anything during the week. We were discovering other's stashes. :) I also do not know how they remember where they put everything & how they expect it all to still be there.

anyyone wanna get me a marakesh throw??? I'll pay for shipping and and extra couple of bucks for your time!! i didn't get to look around much cuz my youngest son lost one of his boots somewhere between the car and the x-mas stuff. (did find it in th car of all places! Duh to me!) My best find was the photo wheel things, those metal fun frames that are either a wheel or merry-go-round, or just triangles that turn to hold 6 photo's. Got them for $1.19 each. Nothing major left except they had all the calendars in the x-mas 90% section so I got 2 for 99 cents each! we had about 4 or 5 aisles of everything and none of the kids bathroom gift sets were on 90%, they were still at about 30%. I wanted some too!

WOW- you all did great! I dragged my boys with me to FOUR Targets today. We have quite a few in this area. I found it interesting what each one had.

I got:

4 pack wrapping paper, ribbons, bows- $1.00
Choixe red/white & red with gold flecks - $0.50 each (use these in gingerbread houses)
Earings & pin $0.69 each
Tabletop football & horseshoe games $0.50 each
mini ornament for my sister who got engaged this year $0.19
20 count gift sacks $0.19
Wrapping paper cutter $0.14
Apple Pie filling $0.29
Almond bark chocolate (20 oz) $0.15
Men's grooming kit $0.80
Glove box kit (includes flashlight, leatherman, pen, calculator, tire gauge, paper) $0.99

One Target had over 50% of their toys clearanced for 30-50% off. Having my children there though did not help. I saw mom's with carts FULL of toys. I thought my children have so much from Christmas they do not need any more toys right now. We have to clean out what they are not using right now. My DH is very particular about this. Growing up, he was lucky to get ONE toy for Christmas and his birthday.

I also got to another Target 5 minutes too late. Those car kits in a bag were all gone. At 90% off that would have been a STEAL!

My mom laughs now when I call her and say, "I'm at Target..." Just trying to spead the good deals! :cool1:

i was at the target by where i live yesterday and there were still tons of wrapping paper and other odds and ends, i'm bummed that i didn't get the chance to go today, but i'm going to head out tomorrow morning to see what they have left.

i did get a bunch of stuff at the 75% off. my wrapping paper came to 75¢, some gift stickers came to 25¢, 3m velcro wall hangers, and i got a really cute snowman welcome sign for only 1.25$.

i'm hoping they'll still have some things left, i'm sure they will though, school is out of session here and usually those are the only people who do the shopping in this area (since there are 5 colleges!). :flower:

Check the baking sheet aisle. I found some cookie sheets, mini muffin pans and bundt pans. I think they are all Wilton, put the paper around the pans are holiday themed.

I hit two targets today
1st one for $14.00 I got:

3 large green gift bags .29
4 large christmas candles (2 cream & 2 red) gifts for next year 1.49
6 boxes of 4 wilton christmas cookie cutters .49
1 star tree topper .99
2 boxes choxie spiced toffee squares .50
2 boxes choxie warm carmel spiced balls .50

2nd store spend $19 but that included 6 packs of wipes not on sale which we needed for $1.19 per pack

2 picture frames (large square holds multiple square different size pictures - one brown/one black). .50
4 choxie spiced toffee square .50 yummy
2 boxes choxie peppermint patties 1.20
4 pk gel pens for DD from dollar spot 1.00
3 pack of dentyne ice gum for DD
4 buckets of peppermintini frozen drinks (add water & vodka) .49

I hit a second Target about 1:30P yesterday and the shelves were bare. There was a little wrapping paper left, quite a few bows, and a few boxes of mostly broken odds and ends. I spent an hour searching the store for all the other bargains listed here and priced a lot of things, but no luck at all.

I did find some ugly colored 18 gallon totes for $3. That was a bit of a deal and I needed some, so I bought all five they had.

Sheila

ok here's my list (which I happy with) although I didn't even think to look at the blankets and I'm sure it's too late now.

bows .49 each 2 bags
tin platters .39 each 6
ornaments .19 each 2
xmas cards 1.38 each 3
wood tray 1.79 each 1
letter frames .99 each 6

and my best finds:

light green vases, handmade in Poland, about a foot tall. 2.99 each bought 4
(can't believe there considered Xmas since they are spring colored)

and

set of four salad plates, rimmed in gold (beautiful) $1.79 each was able to find 3 sets. WOW!!!!

the woman behind me couldn't believe my finds.

Nothing left here. I have been ill, so I couldn't go out. Family members went today and there was nothing at all left. :sad1: :paw:

I went again today and I found in the clearance toy aisle tons of the Ninja Turtle wind ups for .19 and tons of the ballet barbies for .49. I got a few of each for bday parties. I also found a few stray air freshners for .19 and some more wristlets for .49 each. :flower:

I won't get a chance to get there until tonight, hope there is still some stuff left. Anyone been to Target in Sheboygan, WI by any chance?

Wow--tons of great bargains. I was happy w/ my 75% off stuff- but these deals are incredible!!!! Wish I would of checked in sooner!!!

I found some items that will make great party favors or gift add ons. Found most yesterday but went back today and found more! These were in the toy section...not all in the clearance aisles...some were mixed in with regular toys. I just grabbed and scanned anything that looked like it might have been considered a stocking stuffer.

Small airplanes that shoot off of a spring loaded 'gun' Power Rangers and Spiderman decorated...19 cents

The small sized pocket etch a sketches...some were sparkly... 29 or 39 cents can't remember

packages of playdoh with a 'creature' (for lack of a better term) on top 19 cents

mini yo-yo ball .... 19 cents

Duncan Yo-Yo's Butterfly and Imperial....9 cents I think.

Keychain games..small electronic games on a keychain-baseball, racing, soccer space invaders and more....19 cents

Also, I was at my store yesterday and someone had cleaned out the Glade 2 in 1 Moms Apple Crisp scent candles...today went back and they had restocked and I got about 8!!

Also found the Apple cinnamon (I think) scented Wisps for 64 cents.

I wanted to look more but my DS was just losing any slight amount of interest he might have had early on. Did not get to check for the glass/crystal stuff and for other peoples stashes!

Went today and the one aisle with 90% off stuff looked like it had been hit by a war. Almost everything was damaged. There were a bunch of the silver glitter and red signs (you know, Joy, Peace, etc). I bought a silver Joy one for $1.49. They were still in good shape- there was a sign by it saying 75% off so maybe people were avoiding because they thought it wasn't 90% off like everything else :confused3

My mom got a big red plastic bow for her outdoor light up wreath on the front of the house. Cost a whopping 9 cents.

My best find however was in the air freshner aisle. Since I knew a lot of you had found some good hidden deals I dragged my mom over there. We found TONS of the glade 2 in 1 Mom's apple crisp ones. All marked $2.79, even said so on the shelf. No sign anywhere about clearance. She was like "see? not on sale". So I said "HA, wait one moment." I went to one of the scanners to check the price on an item... rang up 27 cents! Take THAT mom!! I started grabbing them like crazy. Decided to cut it to 8 since I have already bought a ton of Yankee Candles after xmas, mom got 4. For all 12 it cost us a little over $3!! I'm tempted to go back for more or see what the other local target has. If I had had more time I would have checked out more stuff in that aisle!!

Thanks guys!!! :worship:

Our list:
- 12 glade candles
- 1 big red bow
- 2 heart ice cube trays from $1 spot (will use for DBF's bday dinner and then for valentine's day :love2: )
- 2 measuring spoon sets from $1 spot (pink w/ red heart on handle) [1 for me, 1 for mom]
- 1 set of measuring cups, also from $1 spot [for mom]
- the glittery Joy sign decoration for next year

I think that was it... spent about $10!! :cool1:
