I found a few "hidden" things. The black velvet makeup bags with the silver emblem on them in cosmetics are ringing up for .49 and a ton of other misc. cosmetic items (jello brand, bonne belle, luxe brand, four pack of lipsticks which I don't remember the brand). Don't forget to look in babies near the bibs for xmas bibs and santa suits and also holiday newborn slippers. Also the Libby Margarita sets are 90% off. I spent about $18.00 and had so much fun! Hurry!! :flower:

You read my mind! I'm going to take an early lunch and go. Thanks!

That is good news and bad news.

DH ran to Target last night to pick up a few items. I asked him to check out the holiday stuff. It was still at 75% off and there was some stuff left - DH has not clue what he is actually looking at, so his account of having stuff left is questionable.

Anyway this morning I have some stuff to do around the house but I am dying to get over to Target!!!!
I love getting the 90% sales. It is so easy to calculate the savings in your head - LOL!

Thanks for the info.

....wondering how soon I can get there......

I just went too. Lots of wrap and bows left but it was going fast. The lady in front of me in line had a complete cart filled with paper plates and napkins. She must have one heck of a party. She had basically cleaned out that section.

I spent $16 and got more wrap than I needed, a few bows, three sets of lights, a couple of gift boxes (not many of those left) and a few odds and ends.

I hope to check another store later today, but I have a feeling it will all be gone by then unless some things are misplaced.

Sheila

I'm going tonight, I hope there is still some stuff left!

Well you guys have fun for me... there's no way I'll be getting to Target today... Nearest Target is at least 25 minutes away and I'm working until 4:30... :guilty:

But what can ya do?? :confused3

Our store had two full aisles yesterday and when I arrived this morning it was down to one but I was still able to get some good stuff. I was on the cell phone with a few friends picking up some small trees (re. 4.99, now .49!) and was in a pretty hot foot race with a grandma to get to the back! :moped:

Cracks me up! They have tons of letter "O" black frames and photo boxes. They still had quite a few stockings of different sorts including the cashmere ones for $4.00! I have given several teacher gifts inside of stockings and it makes a pretty presentation. :goodvibes

Ribbon, tree skirts, multi-colored lights and more. Only about 1 aisle left but it was still quite full.

Happy Shopping!

Were the photo boxes with the Christmas stuff or the frames? Thanks!

I stopped on my way to work this morning. Lots of wrapping paper and bows left but I still had some from last year that I didn't even open this year so I passed on the wrapping paper this year.

As a Nascar fan, I think I got some GREAT bargains:

Dale Sr. big stocking for .79/reg. $7.99

Dale Jr. big stocking for .79/reg. $7.99

Jeff Gordon mini stocking for .19/reg. $1.99

2 boxes of Peppridge Farm chocolate chunk cookies - .39/each; and

2 boxes of Keebler Merry Mint Patties - .24/each

all for a grand total of $3.17 - can't beat that!! :cool1:

LOL! I love the Target Mafia...I guess that I am a member too since we have been casing the joint out since Tuesday. ;) The manager unlocked the door this morning...as he has every morning this week...and said have fun! :) The other three people who I always meet there for clearance days & I went to four different areas to grab stuff, then met up in the back. The Disney cuddles cosmetic sets were ringing up at 90% though nothing was marked. :) We found many "stashes" around the store & had a really good time filling up our carts.

I went this morning and filled my cart for $25.00!!! The Disney Cuties were ringing up .29 - .49. Nothing as far as plates or napkins. Lots of wrapping paper and bows. I am kicking myself for buying the wrapping paper and bows at 75% off. I figured they would not have any of the 'nice' paper left. So I bought more since it was so nice and 90%. At least I know for next year. You really have to look around the whole store since there were 90% items throughout. Have Fun!!!

I also went to target this morning, they had some stuff left, mostly bows and wrap - I had that maroon cashmere stocking w/rhinstones in my cart but decided not to buy it - oh well. Anyway, I also ended up in a fight w/the cashier and manager over the air freshner thing that "puffs". It was 90% off - I think .65 , and had a sticky coupon on it for $2 off. Now I knew that they probably wouldn't take the $2 off, but the cashier handed the coupon back to me and told me she couldn't use it and I would have to use it on something else. I told her no, that it wasn't my fault that the item was on clearance, and it had a coupon on it and to call the manager. Well the manager was a real b**** and was very condesending towards me. I told her that I realize that the item wasn't $2, however, don't give the coupon back and tell me I can't use it if it was attached to the item. She then said, "I'm not going to argue w/you" and just took the whole $2 off. Then she walked away as I was trying to tell her that I expected only .65 off to make the total cost $0 ... What a witch, she's lucky I have a cold and didn't have the strength to complain about her. The cashier even apologized to me for the managers behavior! I've never worked in a store like target/walmart - what was the correct thing to do????

I so wanted to go today, woke up with a splitting headache. I hope theres some stuff left a little later.

I don't know what her deal was because they get reimbursed the entire amount of the coupon from the manf. I don't like coupon nazis

Does Anyone live in the Cincinnati or West Chester, Ohio area? I am just wondering if our Target still has anything left. I haven't made it since the day after Christmas and the one I went to was getting pretty bare that day.

Whoo hooo! :cool1: I went to a Target in the Rochester area this morning before work, and was so excited to see the 90% off. I got one of the "Leaping Lighted Reindeers" for $5. I also found a Disney DreamSketcher for $15. Got some more white lights (.15 each), a "P" photo box, and the train stocking holder. Grand total $30 (and the Dream Sketcher alone was $15).

After being there every morning this week waiting for the 90% I was rewarded today. The main thing I wanted was one of those marrakesh throws, normally $39.95 but at 90% off only $3.99. It will make a great new home gift for a friend. I also picked up a few things I'll try to sell on ebay. I did get a boxed christmas dish set for 4 for $2.99. I can get more than that selling it at a garage sale. Got a real pretty oblong tablecloth for 1.99. Spent $28 for $280 worth of goods.

I am so doing the happy dance right now :cool1: my best find was the sets of 3 sports balls, full size, had basketball, soccerball and football, for $1.00 each!!! They have a small, hardley noticeable snowflake on the package so they were 90% off! I got all 5 they had! I'm having a sports party for DS's birthday (not till april) so it pays off to plan ahead. DH thinks I'm nuts. But these will be great for the games and the kids can all take one home!

I got some other stuff too, but I'm not so excited about it now, haha. Got some cute baby clothes for a friends new baby, cute pink with snowmen, not christmas-y, just wintery.
