8x8 Autograph Pages for Ohana Breakfast

Does anyone have any 8x8 autograph pages for the 4 characters at the Ohana Breakfast? I've looked through the 4 links for 8x8 pages on the "make your own autograph book" thread and didn't see any.

Does anyone know of any others?
