Okay, so where were we? Oh, yeah...we were leaving the MK and heading back to the practically perfect POP! Again, no long waits for the bus at all!
Going back to our practically perfect room
(past the Goofy pop jets, past the Twister game, past the Mickey phone, under the Big Wheel), we talked about what we should plan for our LAST Disney night. Having dinner at the POP Century food court sounded appealing, and then, we thought we would go over to the Disney MGM Studios, because we had not *yet* seen "Fantasmic!", and also wanted to try and see Walt Disney: One Man's Dream.
At the Everything POP food court, Mark ordered the Chinese meal-in-a-box that he seemed to have gotten addicted to ... (now, I really, really, really don't like Chinese food <never mind that he took me to a Chinese restaurant on our first date, and I still married him
>, so he gets it whenever he can--read, on his birthday, so he was quite happy to be able to get Chinese food at Disney World!
). The food court has the menus posted above every little "station" and they have these flashing pictures to make you think you can't live without trying certain food items...well, it worked on me since I had been wanting to try one of the "Mom's Night Out" specials that I had seen flashing all week ! I just had to try the chicken dinner since the flash-by made it look so appealing!
This came in a little silver foil container, kind of like a t.v. dinner...awww, how cute was that??
Our meal was actually very, very good and as a bonus, quite reasonably priced! (Have I mentioned how much I LOVE POP Century???)
