8 day park hopper for an AP

Can you trade in your 8 day park hopper for an AP? If so, how much extra would it be?

We bought a 3-day pass and had six months from the date of purchase to upgrade it -- we had to pay the difference AT THE PARK. They wouldn't do it over the phone because they couldn't verify what we had in our hands. Did you purchase the no-expiration option?

The price would also be determined by what kind of annual pass you wanted. You should be able to go to the ticket site, get the listed price of the pass you want and subtract what you already paid.

Do you have the 8 day hopper that expires or with the non-expiration?

Non-discounted Adult Gate prices:

8 day hopper that expires = $261.99

8 day hopper non-expiration = $379.14

AP = $441.98

PAP = $574.05

So, assuming you want to upgrade an adult non-expiring 8 day hopper pass to a normal AP, expect to pay an extra $62.83.

It has to be done within 14 days of first use. They will apply the original cost value of the pass to the current price of the AP. The expiration date of the AP will be one year from the first use date of the 8 day pass.
