8 am, Oct. 11---the Dwarfs are here!

I have been a member for years. I always find this funny. Disney IT gets a bad rap. They have NO problem in putting the resources necessary to get anything fixed PDQ when it comes to issues where it means dollar facing Disney.

They get their dues from us whether the website works ar not. They get their dues whether there is a 5 minute wait or 2 hours wait on line.

What is the motivation for Disney IT as it relates to DVC?

Those seven Disney IT guys are back with me on the site. No wonder the site keeps breaking down, those IT guys are carrying the wrong type of tools.
 

I just got the dwarves as well (just before noon EST) and it says the member booking tool is down
 
Chat is pretty much a a waste of time especially on who you get.

I was told I would need to call in to check on a reservation.

If I called in, then I would be told the system is done.
