DD4 just came in with a lace curtain draped over her head saying she looks like a wedding. I asked her who she was going to marry and she said "Daddy!"

Thank you all for the birthday wishes for my husband. He just got home from work and I told him to go to the store and buy a new battery for his Harley

My DH has received a birthday card that says "Go buy your silly gun" more than once! I don't get it, but he's the son of a cop & he's carried a gun most of his work life, si it's his thing.

He only shoots at paper targets (not a hunter), so I have no idea why he needs so many. Oh well, our deal is that he can't buy a gun until we have enough $$ that I can buy an = value piece of Waterford crystal.

AND before anyone freaks out - they are all locked up.

Just wait Brack - you'll be able to get a much better deal on pot in Cartagena.

DD & I made a chocolate cake last night. She cleaned up the mess too.

I was almost in shock when I came home last night. DD was washing dishes by hand and had emptied the dishwasher! She said she just felt like it. Keep in mind she has never washed a dish in her life before this.

Now I've heard of loaded brownies........but never Irish Cream ones.....YUMMY

cappicino browinies are the best!! on of the nurses brought them in for sunday funday they are by far the yummiest

That's why we go for the wide, shallow bowl instead of the bucket. Makes a world of difference.

Hi everyone! DH and I will be joining you on this cruise! I have been too busy to keep up here, but things should be getting better soon (just quit one of my two jobs )

Looking forward to sailing with some of you again and others for the first time! We had a great time on the last August repo, looking forward to the new ports of call. I get to celebrate my birthday again on the ship (this time turning 40!) and like some of you we're staying on the Magic for the 5 night sailing.

Real-life non-quoting ketchup!

DH actually asked how everyone here was doing since he had been gone for 2 weeks. He may have a screen name too before this is over! I think he's been lurking, but he won't admit it. Hi Honey!

Anyway - he wants to know if there is an Al-Anon version for family and friends of Obsessive Cruise Planners Anonymous. He thinks our SOs may be able to help and support eachother. Funny guy, my DH. I told him they will be able to spot one another at all the meets as the people just standing on the periphery shaking their heads.

HEY DARTH! Sign us up for rugby. DH wants to play, and well, I'm not one to sit on the sidelines and watch. We want to be on different teams if possible. It is better for our marriage. No hookers please. That is also better for our marriage.

Finally - my hockey team tied the first game of our tournament last night. It was the beginning of 5 games in 7 days. By this time next week I will either feel invincible or 100 years old!! I'll keep you posted.

Deck 7 does close at night. The party needs to be moved up to Deck 9 then, for easy access to the beverage station for those rum & cokes.

Why would you ruin good Rum by watering it down with Coke?

Gee, it took me all morning to ketchup! Now I'm on my way to do errands and cook ahead for next week.

Tomorrow I'm having oral surgery - (bone graft ) - 2 1/2 - 3hr. procedure. I had it done already on the right upper - now its the left upper. I might miss a few days here - last time it took quite awhile for the swellng to go down & the pain to subside.
