I figured I would drop a quick hello this afternoon, since I was away from the boards all weekend. Hope everyone is having a decent Monday...We're hearing about a good possibility of some snow tonight/tomorrow like some of you were mentioning earlier, and I personally am hoping for A LOT!!! I just feel like we haven't gotten enough snow yet this year. Now, I don't want as much as they've had in upstate NY, but I could settle for a good 6-12 inches...I wanna make a snowman!!
(plus, this job and my boss are REALLY grating on my last nerve, so I could use a day or 2 off work due to the snow... )

I'll truck down whatever snow we get in Chicagoland tonight and dump it in your driveway in the morning.

We had heavy snow in London last week, all the best, schools were closed.

I am having a few days of to look after kids.

the snow we have been getting isn't even packing snow - kids have been having fun sledding, but no snowman building or snowballs....

I wish I only checked my ressie once a week, I really do suffer from OCPD - I check daily, sometimes two or three times a day!

OOORRRR..if we don't get enough snow here, maybe I'll take a few days off work anyway, and I'll drive up and live with some of you Chicago folks!! I've been meaning to take a road trip up to Ikea...How's that sound?!?!

That is why we want to retire in Florida. would love snow if it could be 80 degress outside. I even bought a ready made snowman kit with top hat, coal eyes,carrot mouth, red scarf,black buttons all made out of plastic. The problem is no one wants to go outside to build the snowman.

We cancelled our other travel plans for this trip. We will be doing several day trip type things but nothing that needs any kind of planning, more along the lines of just hoping in the car and going.

I'm sure that at some point I will begin to check less often and will probably get to a point where it might only be once a week or so, and of course it will ramp up again as we get closer to leaving.

something about too cold or too dry...not sure.... Seems to be waht we get last few ywears - late snow that the kids can't make snowmen out of...DD hasn't had a chance to use her snowman kit....but we have had pretty good sledding ramps of the back of the deck

Of course, first we have to find a dive shop, figure out where we want to dive. Oh, and lest we forget - wait 20 months!!!

Ikea is five miles from my house. We just go there to eat their Swedish Meatballs. If you drive up, you may never get home.

Another cloudy, cold day in Baltimore. It's so cold outside that the windows in my office are radiating the cold and my feet are freezing! I know .... turn on a heater!

They are calling for snow and ice tonight so I'm preparing to stay home tomorrow and "work" (DIS really)
