8/17/08 Captain Jack's Repossession Repo Cruise to PC thru TPC Part 4

Same here on the missing first week of 9th grade. I unilaterally decided I don't care though. She's an A student, she'll be fine.

We had to run it by him b/c we were booked on the EB repo last time and he was starting 6th grade (middle school here). He was having serious anxieties about middle school and we decided as a family to cancel out and went to WDW instead in August. We almost didn't book this one because we will have him starting high school AND DD missing her first week of 1st grade, but DS13 was far more interested in cruising the PC this time than 9th grade, so here we be.

Our youngest DD is 6 now too- so they'll be the same age on the cruise (or there abouts). Cool>

Great! On our first cruise DD met a friend at the disaster drill and they played all week! Last cruise she never really connected with anyone, so I know she would love to meet a friend from the DIS! I am not sure when we will tell the kids we are cruising. Last one was a surprise. I don't think I could stand 18 months of, "Are we leaving yet?"
And, I finally figured out my siggie!

I think you chose Captain Jack, but I think that mascot has already been claimed by the Captain.

She didn't have it in the summary at the time I posted that- because her summary wasn't written then! In fact what I responded to was someone else telling her WHAT to put in the summary.

Maybe they will bring back the old CC reception for the repo cruises. I'm not going to go for soda & rice crispie bars.

On our DD in 10/06 it was soda and rice crispie bars. Did like the quick video about the DCL offices. Then we left. It was nothing like it used to be!

I was minus a daycare child again today soooooo roadtrip time. I took the rest of the kids to the Rainforest Cafe at the mall. They were just toooo cute .

Personally,me neither. even though it would be our first CC reception, I'm not really into soda I can get free anytime anyway- so basically for a rice crispy? Nah, thanks but no thanks. LOL

A few people have posted that, my guess it was T/A's doing that, say a T/a issued 200+ quotes some will be GTY some assigned rooms, if an Assigned room didnt pay the deposit, and its the same Cat as another cruiser with the same t/a with a GTY, I presume the T/A could swap it.

Unfortunately unless you all post REALLY quickly... I won't be here during the race for the big 15000. I had DH take DS to basketball practice but soon I will have to take youngest DD to cheerleading practice. Woe is me, life getting in the way of the race to be a pirate.
